The Captain's words of warning are returned by not Junko's voice nor Mizu's, but a third unfamiliar to him.
"WE NEED SOME MEDICAL ATTENTION I HAVE TWO MEN WITH CUT OFF ARMS!”
... Elk Hoshi wails, tending to a defeated Lieutenant Suta and 5th Seat Jizakai. Yū's response is non-verbal, his teeth grinding and eyes squinted in discontent. Another obstacle has presented itself before the Doctor, undoubtedly adding risk to delay his arrival to the tournament. His head turns to steal a glance at the trio standing ahead the relief station's door before the rest of his body follows in an attempt to approach them. But before he's able to complete a step, Junko extends her arm to intervene in his advance.
"Captain, this is my part as well. Please allow us to attend to them so you are not late. I assure you Mizu-kun and I will both be at our stations before the games have started"
He stops at her request, acknowledging her words and more compelling, her expression- an expression that desired to assume this responsibility, one that hoped he believed in her enough to fulfill it just as well as he could. It seemed spending enough time with Junko allowed the 5th seat to take some notes from her book, also finding words to say in an effort to reassure their Captain.
"Captain, helping heal unknown injuries is just as much as my part as it is both of yours. We will do our best here to figure this out quickly and get to our stations at the games. You've done your part now, so let us do ours together. We will see you at the finish line as the winner of the Kenpachi Games! Do 4th proud sir! We both believe in you."
Without hesitation the pair turn to approach the Fifth Division shinigami who have desperately sought out aid, leaving Yū Nakamoto outside solely to watch. For a brief moment he is frozen in place before his neutral countenance is broken with a small smile. Imagining a possible future where his return wouldn't be in the cards... for once, he feels the Fourth Division would be in safe hands without him. Hopefully, that possibility wouldn't become a reality- no matter how comfortable he was starting to become with that concept.
At once, his form melts into the air, leaving the Northeast Seireitei with haste to the nearby gates to the Rukongai.

Death was something that followed life. Everything within the world was alive, whether animate or inanimate. As time progresses, both of those things rot and wither away. With the ultimate ending being – Death.
Death was something that was before the Ametsuchi, who was aware of the abrupt ignition of energy within the third seat. Eizoku Yugameru, managed to spring into action and the eagle would follow every movement until it was too late. The silver-haired male eyes shot open in complete shock, surprised about the reality that occurred. There was no initial pain within Jizakai’s body, there was no feeling within the severed areas where limbs should have occupied and flesh should not be torn.
This was more than just disbelief; it was a shock wave to the hubris of Ametsuchi. He had been shredded by the captain and apparently the Third Seat assisted. This negated the very reaction timing to anything Jizakai could anticipate, allowing him to become subject to the circumstance. This was more than just power and skill; it was that fault of someone else. Maybe the Ametsuchi too would have made a mistake, but there was simply no verification given the reality of the situation. With the Ametsuchi’s body on the floor, blurred eyes faded into black as the astonishment drove the tall man into unconsciousness after the captain finished speaking.
During the time of his sleep, Jizakai was asleep and delivered to the Fourth Division. In the care of esteemed members, delivered into the trauma room, Jizakai eyes open and following was a thunderous coming roar of rage and anger despite the physical pain. However, before the thunder could be heard the man was quickly sedated and asleep. Time would pass and the 5th seat would awaken, with silence upon him as the wounds were attended to and healed. Gazing to the other side of the room, Vice-Captain Suta would see that Jizakai was ready to go to the Dangai and meet with Eizoku to accomplish their mission. Despite his silence, within his mind were unjust thoughts that would be stuffed for now within his core and undetectable by anyone. To say the least, Jizakai was disgusted about what happened…

The fellow wounded healed and now awakens to his Lieutenant who begins to stand from his gurney across from him. Lieutenant Suta first begins to assess his arms, moving them around, clenching and opening his hands repeatedly. Truly, the 4th Division is amazing at what they do. His eyes barely open, trailing over towards Jizakai who should be getting to his feet as well and preparing to depart. However, Arashi knew of Jizakai’s mindset, his hubris, and his beliefs. While the fifth seat had taken it upon himself to suppress his unjust thoughts and criticism of the events prior, a part of Arashi being a leader, was to make sure his team function with no bad blood between each other. Again, Tenzen’s words repeat in his head.
“ Jizakai…”
Delivered in a tone that demanded his attention entirely
“ Whatever, thoughts you have. Whatever grudge you may hold against Eizoku. It is to be left at the training hall. Until the mission is done, whatever issues you may have can come directly to me. I should have led the team better against the Captain.”
His eyes closed while his lips curved into his signature smile.
“ We must stand together and learn from each other and ourselves. Let's move.”
Turning towards the exit of the trauma room, there he stands leaning against the wall is the Hollowfied version of himself, invisible on any level to Jizakai. He chuckles, however, Arashi simply moves past him knowing exactly the vile thoughts he was thinking and how many jokes he was bound to make about Arashi losing a Eizoku once again, even if both circumstances were entirely different, it made no difference.
To any medical personnel that would be lingering in the halls, he’d simply give them a nod in which he would turn his head back with a glance back to Jizakai to see if he was behind him. If so, he’d disappear, exiting the fourth Division in the means of Shunpo.

With so many high ups within Fourth's barracks Yui received a small breather. She hated to complain about all of the work, though it didn't stop her from doing so. Almost constantly. At that point in time in seemed as if people were injuring themselves on purpose just to cause them strife in Fourth. Although she knew this wasn't true, the sulking girl had had enough of all of the running around. It was admittedly better with multiple high ranking members present, though this left Yui with days full of small injuries. A somewhat huffy look upon her face she sat at the nurse's station, finishing up a report on her last patient for her shift. Closing it she leaned back in her chair, breathing out heavily through her nose.
Little time had passed before a nurse approached her with a file in hand, passing it to Yui with a polite smile. "Lieutenant Izumi has requested you watch over these patients' recoveries. There was only enough time to perform the procedure and she was unable to do follow-up care as she is needed at the Kenpachi Games,"
Yui took the file with a raised brow. Taking patients now would be cutting it close, making it a surprise they would risk doing so. It did pique her interest to see a case that Junko wouldn't turn down, however. Flipping open the file she browsed through the contents shortly before shutting it with a contented grin. Standing with the paperwork in hand she began to make her way toward the trauma room the two had been left in. Grateful for not having to expend the reiatsu for such a procedure, much less two, once more. The last patient she had done a reattachment for had left without a word, leaving quite a bit of confusion in her wake. This time Yui would not be so careless.
A more "high profile" case was exactly what she needed to finish off her day. She was technically on call due to the Games though had not been called to the front lines. This had been a huge relief to the girl who looked at the idea of working so tirelessly on so many severely injured shinigami as less than ideal. Humming lightly she stopped for a few supplies for the two men before arriving at their door just in time to see it be forced open. It was the Lieutenant of Fifth, making her pause to give a respectful bow as she began to speak. "Sir it's time to-", her words were cut off by the man abruptly continuing on his course. The other wouldn't be far behind but her eyes were stuck on the first. Something had felt wrong yet she couldn't quite put a finger on what it was. Arousing from her stunned state she realized what was happening. He was simply walking out, the same as the woman before.
Following after the man she called to him, warning him of complications from not receiving any further treatment and needing to at least receive a simple test to ensure everything was working appropriately. He seemed to not care in the slightest, ignoring her warnings as he continued on. Anger rising up along with her speed she caught the man in the lobby, tossing a roll of gauze at the after-image left behind by his shunpo.
"You weren't checked out," she sulked.

The magenta orbs of the fifth seat looked at Arashi, the Vice-Captain of the Division, and watched the man stand upright from the gurney. Subsequently, Jizakai follows suit in raising from his gurney and begins to move both arms in unison. They were being turned by movements from his shoulders, accessing maneuverability of the reattached limbs, checking the flexibility of arms, elbows, joints, and fingers. The work done by the fourth division was incredible, fascinating at how quickly they had corrected damages caused by Eizoku Yugameru and Tenzen Oda. His magenta orbs closed, momentarily, breathing in a necessary amount of oxygen to clear his mind and think properly. Shortly after, Jizakai was addressed by Arashi, opening both eyes he listened to Lieutenant Suta. His words were listened too, and relunctantly the Ametsuchi agreed; to participate and function as a team. However, it would be an embarassment to forget the actions of another that forced him into a severe consequence. Had this been outside of the gotei and somewhere in enemy territory, the Ametsuchi probably would have lost his life. A nod was given, and agreement but forgiveness was not on the table. Following Lieutenant Suta, Jizakai had transitoned from the 4th Division to their new destination via Shunpo.
