One of the things that we must accept is that we can’t change everyone. People who don’t fit within the ideal system might feel left out.Their opinions aren’t heard simply because their ways differ too greatly from ours. When something gets changed, it affects not just our ideas, but ourselves personally, and sometimes our relatives too. Therefore, these individuals could become dissatisfied, which leads to frustration. What happens when a group of people start fighting against another group’s beliefs, values, and way of life? It might result in civil war. The people in favor of change usually want change, and those opposed to it see it as an attack upon everything that they hold dear. A leader plays an important role in shaping events and history. He or she shapes opinions of people and influences the course of events.Leadership involves having power of influence over many people and guiding them according to his or her beliefs. Great leaders guide their followers through tough decisions and give confidence through motivation. A follower loves a great leader because of respect for the leader's qualities, character and achievements. He knows that a great leader possesses ability, wisdom and justice. Most of the world’s population believe in fair play and reciprocity. They also believe that good sportsmanship is necessary for sports competitions. They also believe in the value of respect. A leader is somebody who inspires his followers to carry out important activities successfully. There are three fundamental ways through which leaders inspire action among followers, namely by setting goals, providing opportunities, and encouraging people to act. To become successful leaders, firstly, we need to understand the qualities required to be an effective communicator.Secondly, leaders must maintain a calm demeanor despite facing difficulties and setbacks. Thirdly, they must display integrity throughout life to build trust within the organization. Having weighed up all arguments, one can conclude that to lead others successfully, one needs certain attributes like passion, creativity, imagination and self knowledge. Moreover, one must understand oneself deeply too. He cannot leave himself alone in life without caring for him. The best way to achieve greatness for someone is by setting clear goals for his progress in life.
And with all that, Kanojo Ai is one who is the furthest from a leader.
Martyrdom is an act or attitude of voluntarily offering oneself up to death, especially as a religious sacrifice. A martyr usually carries out the death sentence willingly, either because he believes in it or because he hopes to atone for his own sins while also helping others. It can also refer to someone who has been killed specifically for their political beliefs by repressive regimes.Martyrs are considered heroes and role models by those that believe in them and they often become examples of courage in defiance of overwhelming odds. There are many reasons why someone may choose to become a martyr, and each experience is unique. However, the rewards of martyrdom are far greater than anything that can be found in the world of the living. Martyrdom can be a powerful force for change, and it can bring people together in a way that is impossible otherwise.
And with all that, Kanojo Ai is one who is the furthest from a martyr.

Kano-san’s eyes slowly start taking in his whereabouts. He could see he was within the bed of his dormitory and he could take notice of the other man taking care of him. He sighed..
.
”Was I out for so much?”
“I don’t know what got into you, Ai. You know a majority of the people in the Academy are nobles. They wouldn’t share that sentiment. Why would they if those beings are nobles?"
Yes. They are nobles. So what though? By having power, doesn’t mean that you also get to be an ass like that other one. There have been instances where a noble actually stood with the people instead of with the power. She was one of them, at least from what she would sometimes tell Ai. She was one of them and she died because she was one. At least, that is what Kano-san wishes to be true. He still has no clue of what has truly happened.
“I’m not saying what you did was completely bad, but it was pretty dumb, Ai. You’re not strong enough yet. Regardless of your point of view, the only real substance that everyone answers to is strength. You can’t change the minds of others if you can’t do anything about it. It’s the way this world works. Why do you think the nobles are what they are? Their overall history lays out the pathway to strength. Spiritual power, different feats, and the culmination of who they are today allows for them to be who they are. Not all nobles hold the same sentiment – not every single one of them is like the douchebag that was there today. You have to take care of yourself though because if something happens to you…”
Yes. He, no. I am weak. I, Kanojo Ai, am weak. I need to stand strong. I need to rise up, but not become like them. My strength needs to flow from within my being, within my essence, my beliefs. I need to stand forth, to stand true to everything that makes me, being me. I gotta get my shit together.
“You won’t be able to change anything. Instead, you’ll just be another number – a statistic. A being that had potential to change something, but didn’t. Is that what you want to be? Would you rather die changing nothing rather than having the strength to change something? Despite how much you want things genuinely want to be different, despite how much you want equality. This way isn’t the right way. We can grow strong, no, we will grow strong. If we find a way to genuinely work a way towards change, there’s no way that we’ll fall short. I just don’t think slamming your knee into someone else is going to do very much – especially in the academy. Don’t worry about them, and let’s focus on getting stronger. When we’re out of here, let’s actually change the lives of those on the outside. Let’s be the change that you’re striving for, Kanojo.”
No. Kano-san’s wish was to reach a state of peace, of balance. He would need to achieve it in some way though, as for now he truly was another number. A statistic. Even if his words touched others, they would truly be nothing at all. After all, he was nobody as of now. Another cog in the wheel. He needed. No. He had to change his very being. He had to become an entity akin to either a martyr or a leader. Or rise above even those and reach a pinnacle that was unprecedented.
He would rather change something instead of nothing. That was his goal. The main goal he had for now. He needed time to manage to reach a point. He would need to grow stronger. And for that, he glanced over to his own Zanpakuto. He smiled at it, as he thought all that had happened. His attack on that noble. The peanut gallery’s actions. He knew he should take a step back and evaluate his being. He knew. And he would.
“You’re one strange guy, Ai.”
He chuckled. Yes. Yes he was a weirdo, wasn’t he? Started as a slave, became the pet of a noble, got freedom and now was studying to become a soldier. He laughed. The only thing he could do was just that. Laugh. Next time they met, he should ask for the man’s name.

He found himself walking about with no visible focus. He felt his spirit devastated. At hand, he held the sageo of the saya, the scabbard’s hanging cord. He had left a long time ago from his dorm, walking through the academy’s training field. His aim was to go to where one meditated to manage to speak with their Zanpakuto. He was devastated from that discussion, but a hint of a smile existed on his face.
”This should be a good place.”
Kano-san spoke to himself. He had found an extremely secluded spot. If he were to be found by others, they would either need to be lucky or simply have followed him. Either of the two.
Anyways. The important thing for now was to focus. Focus on what he was about to do.
”This time, I sure have to make this work.”
He sat down on the grass, as placed his Zanpakuto in front of him. He closed his eyes, as he let go of the mundane and tried to force a connection towards that very thing he could get a sense of.
Within a place that is far different to the one Kano-san is found sitting at, a woman seems to be sitting upon the ground, unmoving for the most part. The sound of a flute is being heard as she moves her head upwards and smiles. At least it would be seen, if not for that ink-like substance found upon her face.
”ㄚㄖㄩ 千丨几卂ㄥㄥㄚ ㄒ尺ㄚ ㄒㄖ 尺乇卂匚卄 爪乇 ㄖ几 ㄚㄖㄩ尺 ㄖ山几”
With those words, she awaited for the very day that Kano-san would truly make this connection. Today would not be that time. But he was on the right path, that much was sure.
It had taken him time to outright manage and feel that he had made a sort of advance. He had thought of ink for some reason, but he was unsure of what that meant. He knew that he had a long time ahead of him after all. And after finishing this meditation, he stood. He would practice some Kido.
”Ye Lord! Protect the madinless father! Distort thy path! Hado #1 Sho!”
He would focus the energy he could feel accumulating upon his right hand, as he had his eyes closed. His training was slightly different to the norm as he did not wish to follow the example set by other Kido practitioners of focusing on the chants or the results but instead he wanted to focus entirely on the very essence of what made the very spell come to be, the process in other words. Maybe that is how the Captain of the Fifth Division had reached the mastery he had.
”Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat! Bakudo #9 Geki!”
His attempt was to perform what is known as Nijū Eishō. His focus was not on succeeding though, no. As mentioned he wished to study the way the spells formed. This would allow Kano-san to become better at how they operated, how they worked. He would focus entirely on the process. He did not care if the spells exploded thus hurting him, or if they outright failed. He needed to study in this way in order of becoming both stronger and more knowledgeable. And thus, he kept it up, the two spells’ energies colliding with each other as he kept on pushing and pushing, attempting to make it as close as possible to succeeding. He would not stop. He needed to train both his own pool of energy, to hone and make it bigger all the while also to attempt to focus on his mastery over spells.
”Come on! You are right there!”
He would shout as he had reached a point of no return. The spells would either fully come into focus, or they would break down and potentially even explode thus hurting him. So be it. He pushed and pushed, only for the expected result to happen. The spells backfired, but instead of letting them explode he would actually use what he learned to outright manage and dissipate the very energy as he would slowly make it take the exact opposite way for both of those spells. He could feel his body was soaked in sweat, as he punted and felt his body heavy. This was torture, yes.
”But this is not enough!”
Immediately he stood and found some sticks. They numbered three in total, as he would then place them in a trigonal shape, each far from the other. There, he would make steps and create clones of him as three of Kano-san’s image had been brought to “life”. He would then proceed to attempt to have the clones attack him, this way he continue his training over his own energy - both Reiryoku and Reiatsu aspect - as well as his very own mastery over Zanjutsu. He would move in on the attacks, as the clones would start slow. But as time passed, he started being more and more masterful at this kind of training as he kept on pushing and pushing forth. The clones now moved at his own speed with near to no jagged movement for the sole sake of managing to allow him to train even more. Yes, his brain had been fried up to now from all this and he was feeling tired but he also knew that he needed to continue. He dared not stop. He pushed forth. He would slash right, stab to the left, he would deflect the attacks from the right and would get damaged by those done by the one on his left. He would end up being extremely tired from this, but he needed to push forth. At least, until the sticks broke when he outright jumped upwards, tilted his body on an angle and by forming a platform to stand on with energy as he would outright use his Inadzumanoken self made Zanjutsu technique.
”F#ck… Air… Breathe… F#ck…”
He paused, as he would replenish his stamina. He was, after all, far from being over.
It was imperative for him to outright move on, to focus on his Hakuda as well. After a while, he would outright resummon the clones and begin anew. This time, no sticks were held as Zanpakuto. No. He would outright focus on his Hakuda as the clones would begin to pummel while Ai would actually focus on doing nothing but taking in the damage and using it in order to send it back to the clones. He could feel, after a point, that his body’s insides were shaking. The force he had accumulated and needed to be unleashed would be far too much as he could feel his own being moving faster and faster using the clones’ attacks to propel him towards newer and newer heights, while they too would use Kano-san’s main body to manage and reach his speeds. He could sense he was about to shatter, not just from damage but also from the overall stamina loss. Nonetheless, he took a breath in. He continued. He believed that there was an answer to this sensation. Maybe an answer that he could reach through all this. Just maybe.

”I am dead.”
That is all he could mutter. He had finished training about two hours ago but he felt that his body was unable to move. He had truly reached a point where he seriously felt that he was nearing death. At least in regards to how he felt. He felt shit. What he did not know was that his training had allowed him to actually become stronger, better.
”I should head to sleep.”
He muttered after about thirty minutes. He had finally managed to move and he would outright go back to his dorm. If nothing happened at the very least. Hopefully?
