"TAP......TAP.......TAP.......TAP."
The soft sound one finger makes against the armrest of the iron chair that this cloaked individual sat. The room further from his view was cast by darkness from one corner to the next, wall to wall. There are only two sources of light, which are two lit torches, as this brilliant orange-red colored body remains ignited on either side of the throne a couple feet. It was only enough to shine brightly around the chair but not the entire room, and this cloaked individual features remain concealed from the shadow of the hood. Only the chin and lips were visible at this time. Not a single soul could locate him through spiritual means, and he didn't even exist at this time. An apparition of sorts that haunts the manor itself, sitting in this room among the tallest part of the mansion. That ascends from the current position where all three individuals were currently, Shirogane Kuchiki, Tenzen Oda, Arashi Suta. To get here would be taking the path beyond their area, a series of steps that lead to various other buildings, surrounded by cherry blossom trees. The premises itself is where royalty of the highest-ranking member of the clan lays and conduct official business.
Shirogane had lead the individuals that are to partake into this procedure that is too take place. They are soon to begin, and the manor would be encased and protected under the barrier, due to the actions of division 5. Oh, how treacherous it would be if Division 5 were to get somehow blamed for approving such a dangerous artifact to be unleashed if things go wrong? How much of the blame would befall him? A newly appointed Captain that suddenly already given a most puzzling job on the first day, surely this would raise some eyebrows, wouldn't it?
Nevertheless, she escaped, just the type of action he expected from the Onmitsukidō division. Managing to take out the guards but without a cost and remain hidden from the guard's eye. Oh, she was nothing short of cleverness in her skills where she managed to slip on a pair of clothing for disguised to get around. An actual showing off what the stealth force is all about, and yet the shackles still hinders her. He could hear the sound of those shackles waving, echoing through the halls, all the way from his perch. He could see the little mouse cowering in a room to conceal herself. She was well-deserving of the title, Lieutenant. How unfortunate for her that she has to be inside of division 6, inside of the House of Kuchiki? Sadly, with focus, he could see without seeing, hear the way them joints move. He could smell the uneasy feeling from those that question the ruler of this house, like blood to a predator. Only he didn't bathe in this scent, but instead, the individual had been pleased. Because they should feel uneasy but not from Shirogane, there are other things they should be uneasy about, other matters that no one has thought of in the back of their minds. That should be what they focus be on, but there is only one way to rid that feeling, to set everyone on the correct path.
The door opened where he could see the darkness of the hallway, where one masked individual enter the room — kneeling before the person on the throne. He didn't speak a word; at least the cloaked man didn't allow them too, for he raised a hand and placed it back down onto the armrest. He wasn't allowing him to share a word at all.
"Section 3, row 4, cell 4. Hand our esteem guest some food. They'll be down there for a while. Also, be sure the gate is prepared for my arrival soon."
His voice was calm as always, tone never changing when he spoke. The masked individual stood up and quickly left the room as the doors magically closed by itself. Once shut, it left a loud booming sound that echoed inside of this area. The Lt placed herself inside of a cell, which was where she was going initially. Had it not been the "gift," finding her would be more trouble and challenging, his guards probably would spend the entire day trying to find her or any other skilled soul reaper of the Gotei 13. That was one less nuisance to worry about for the time being.

In the meantime, Shirogane had been in a room that resembles a dojo, and the room was reasonably large with pristine marble wood floor. There were several wooden pillars on the outer hall of the room with unlit torches attached to each beam, where the ceiling was lower than the center of the room, where the ceiling was much higher. At the very end of the room to the right was a shrine with some old man face in a picture frame, he also had kenseikan in his hair. He hoped Arashi would honor his request without causing any trouble; after all, he was a guest in his home. This particular room was very sacred. Hence the shrine, even Shirogane, removed his shoes before stepping onto the wooden floor, leaving his shoes on the padded part of the floor that surrounds the wood tiles of the room.
While everyone decides to get settled in, allowing those who carry the pot to find a spot to set it. Shirogane walked up to the shrine kneeling as Captain Oda speaks. "Set up a perimeter around the manor and cast a barrier. No one gets in or out without my order; those of you remaining your orders still stand. Now, Kuchiki-san, shall we proceed?"
It didn't take long for Shirogane to pay respects to the shrine just a moment before he would have stood up from his position. Eyes still closed while getting a "sense" of the room, and he could feel that neither Arashi or Captain is comfortable, but it wasn't because of a tranquil environment that was to house this operation. It was because of many questions that are across their mind; he could sense their edginess, their emotions were still trying to solve this mystery behind Shirogane, ruler of this house. As the Head of this house, it was on him to set the mood from this point forward. He would have stood before both Arashi, and the Captain with both eyes closed shut.
"I am willing to give you both a chance to share your thoughts right now. I can assure you, no amount of words would place either of you in danger. But surely both of you have something on your mind, correct? This would be the time to ask anything before we proceed. Because once we start, you won't ever have the opportunity to speak to me freely again once this is done, if we are still alive after all this. Furthermore, I want this to be clear by no means we this makes us close or even friends. I wouldn't sully myself to associate with ill-manner individuals or one who doesn't speak proper English. I am merely allowing you both to speak freely while we proceed. I assume you can talk and do your job at once?"
Shirogane stated that while he would allow Tenzen and Arashi to speak their minds while he awaited for Tenzen to get his men to prep the pot and began this ritual. Since it was division 5 jobs to prepare the activate the festering pot of evil. In the background, surrounding the room would be filled with royal guards dressed in purple ninja-like outfits, standing quietly. Two guards would be outside of the room, guarding the entrance, not that they need it since the manor would soon be encased by a barrier, curiosity of division 5. So no wanted and unwanted individuals would be able to get in and unable to get out if there was one inside. However, what purpose does Shirogane have to share "thoughts" with both guests? What reasoning did he have? Were there answers he was looking to pry from them?
It is simple. Shirogane was to gain the favor of Arashi to show him the correct path of justice. To uphold their duties, according to reports, Arashi is a very sensible individual. However, to know for sure, he needs precise answers to determine if Arashi was to be a great asset to the future or another problem that needs to be removed. Captain Tenzen, on the other hand, was a mystery, for he knows every little of which can prove to be troublesome if he doesn't pick his brain a little to see what side of justice Tenzen genuinely stands with. Could he possibly be a man he could sway to the right path? To help him further his plan for the future, that is soon to come if things go accordingly? This is why he must appeal to his emotions, after all, earlier they said nothing regarding "claims" they didn't deny or say otherwise. But remain silent because it shows they were contemplating on the fact that there is uncertainty in their minds. Depending on what their answer would be and what they were open to sharing. Only then would Shirogane open up to them if they deemed worthy enough to be shown what was on Shirogane's mind. However, the awareness of their beings from inside and out could be determined whether they were looking to hold back or lie, so hopefully, when they answer, they answer genuinely.
During this whole time, the masked guards that serve the Head finally made their way down into the basement. Given the instructions from the man upstairs, there was several of them posted in the hallway while one carried a tray of food. They would have gone to this one cell that was already closed, but the guidance they received the prisoner in question ought to be inside here. They did notice five of their comrades beaten down, she had to be responsible, but no one asked anything. No one didn't bother to ask why come to a place that would prevent her escape? Not a single guard questioned this but only followed what the ruler had ordered them too. Maybe the cloaked individual doesn't know either, but with division 2, you could never tell what they genuinely plan, which makes them dangerous and yet unpredictable individuals. A great asset to have but a threat nonetheless.

No struggle given, a settling sight to see. Still, for the Lieutenant to be detained surely stained her reputation. However, her prowess and her skill could easily wash off the dirt. No one would dare joke to her, unless they looked to have their life taken from them as swiftly as the wind blows. In any case, the present leads to the future, the Lieutenant having been taken elsewhere. Ashi followed closely behind Captain Oda and Shirogane. By now, Ashi stood with the request of his weapons being confiscated for the remainder of these procedure. Contemplating this, the obvious disagreement to this can be noted. With such a matter being as dangerous as it is, it would be entirely foolish to be lacking the aid of ones Zanpakuto. As a guest however, Ashi abides by the simple request and hands over his Zanpakuto. As a result, this made him ever more cautious, knowing that he could not call to Hoshizora...
"Do not lose her. I will kill you, should anything happen to her."
The tone he carried here is without a doubt sincere. Though as explicit and as easy as such a statement left his lips, his smile his retained, his eyes almost nearly closed. It would be hard to tell visual that his words would hold true, but one should not mistake his smile for leniency. He will not tolerate the disrespect to his weapon in any shape, form or way. With a nod to follow, he steps further passed the threshold to a room that held the image of a dojo indeed. Pristine wooden floors, pillars to line the outer wall with torches connected and then a Shrine that Ashi quickly took notice of, along with the picture displayed on the wall. Shirogane removed his shoes as respective gesture to the room and Ashi did the same before stepping onto the pristine flooring.

Cold at its touch
Something he is not normally use as he normally did not travel with bare feet and even his own barracks, or rather room did not have such vanity or even special tiles like these. Nonetheless, stepping foot into a noble home is a first for him. He never expected that he would come to be in a position such as this. The only thing is, he wished for it to be under different circumstances. The uneasiness did not sway, it did not subside not even a little. In fact it grows, clawing at the edges of his very being, but with a strong will and confidence to survive, Captain Oda's words from earlier are taken into account. Confidence, above faith... Then again, even confidence has its limitations...
Captain Oda proceeds in the construction of the barrier, giving the order promptly. His men doing just that, allowing no more people to enter or even leave the premises unless instructed by him. Oh how a cup of tea would be great right now. Would such a soothing substance be enough to caress his nerves and lower this pitiful feeling in his stomach? Even with his magnificent touch in the craft of such tea? How his shakes at the though, he could imagine his hands cupping it, no matter how hot it may be. He would gladly accept and further take numerous amounts of sips, easily becoming a chu- His fantasy and wishful thinking interrupting by Shirogane...
He speaks again...
A chance to speak freely? As if he controlled the act. As if he commanded their silence while in his home. Respect is given, yes, but, even himself and Captain Oda surely always had the free ability to speak their mind. Speaking of the mind, yes, there is something on his mind, but he wouldn't voice. Arashi wasn't in any position to really talk. The words he could search for, he knew were not there as of yet. The most Shirogane would receive from Ashi is the partial opening of his eyes, his midnight blue orbs revealed.
"I have nothing to truly say on anything particular. However, you wouldn't happen to have any tea would you? The air here is rather tense, eheheh."
Too make light of the situation, but in reality to ease his own tension at this point. He hoped that Shirogane would at least give him this blessing before the process begins. His eyes closed once again and his smile broaden just a bit more. His hands moved to insides of his sleeves of the coat that conceals his spiritual pressure completely. Now he waits, for either a similar response from Captain Oda, minus the request for tea, or him voicing the fruits that remain ripe with in his mind.

The members of the Kido Corps wasted no time following the order of their Chief, encircling the Kuchiki Manor from the outside and murmuring a chant that is muffled by their headdress. Clasping their hands together at the end of their chant a large dome barrier encases the entirety of the Kuchiki Manor, the casters fueling it with their Reiryoku to sustain and reinforce it. Translucent in nature the barrier still allows light to seep through, however, while seeping through the light manages to give the colorless barrier life with an array of colors caused by the light refracting upon contact with it. It is a simple and unimpressive looking barrier but sometimes simplicity is best.
latest

Following Shirogane Tenzen and the others are lead to a rather large room, the floor made of marble wood and it looked to be well taken care of. This is yet another example of the Kuchiki wealth that is so casually flaunted. The prestige of the room is lost on Tenzen who scanned it with his ever-observant vision, taking in every aspect of the room into his mind until he could mentally spin the room 360 degrees in his mind. Taking note of Shirogane removing his footwear before entering Tenzen made sure to at least dust his feet off properly before setting foot on the pristine floor. He isn't one to show disrespect before a shrine, especially one that is still prayed too, even by the arrogant Kuchiki before him. He looks behind him and steps aside, motioning for the First Division members to bring the Vessel inside where it was sat down in the center of this sacred room if such a large space could simply be referred to as a "room". From here Tenzen began organizing the remainder of his Corps, issuing some to move out towards the barrier to act as reinforcement should something happen and the barrier was to break or crack. Others were scattered about outside the Manor, positioning themselves to have a set of eyes on all possible angles of the Manor grounds. The remaining lot positioned themselves throughout the large room, all looking inward towards the Vessel.
The guards within the large room were to stick to their orders and even at a distance they would still be able to halt and bind any, other than Tenzen, who would approach the Aku Hachi Hakkō brazenly. Tenzen had calmed his nerves a bit, as he isn't so focused on "should I" or "shouldn't I" but more along the lines of "I will". Should Shirogane make a move to somehow steal, destroy, or interact with the Aku Hachi Hakkō he WILL kill him, with the Kido Corps as his witness he WILL put the Kuchiki down should he show physical malicious intent. The same goes for any of his guardsmen that may have a foolish thought or wild fantasy about gaining power. The Chief began making his way to the Vessel, examining it for a brief moment with his eyes narrowing slightly with disapproval. Such an object shouldn't exist, it is just another catalyst for something terrible to happen. However, the Kido Chief steels himself and is reminded that such an event won't happen, hopefully. He is then snapped out of his opinionated train of thought by the Head Kuchiki's voice breaking the tense silence of the room.
"I am willing to give you both a chance to share your thoughts right now. I can assure you, no amount of words would place either of you in danger. But surely both of you have something on your mind, correct? This would be the time to ask anything before we proceed. Because once we start, you won't ever have the opportunity to speak to me freely again once this is done if we are still alive after all this. Furthermore, I want this to be clear by no means we this makes us close or even friends. I wouldn't sully myself to associate with ill-manner individuals or one who doesn't speak proper English. I am merely allowing you both to speak freely while we proceed. I assume you can talk and do your job at once?"
Speak their minds freely? Bad choice of words directed towards a man who already has trouble speaking his mind freely without it being hindered by his own thoughts. But this, Tenzen can read this, Shirogane is trying to pick his brain, get a gauge on his thought process. Why else would he suddenly be so indulgent about the thoughts of others? The man whose nose is so high he breathes the same air as the Soul King, wants to hear the opinion of others? To put it into perspective on what the Kuchiki's question is like to Tenzen's mind is like a scouting party attacking a castle when the full guard is on duty whilst its entire military is stationed behind its walls. Needless to say, like that scouting party would be dead in the fields before reaching the castle Shirogane's proposal equally fell flat with Tenzen. Arashi, who seemed to be unsettled by all of these proceedings, gave his response as Tenzen glanced in his direction.
"I have nothing to truly say on anything particular. However, you wouldn't happen to have any tea, would you? The air here is rather tense, eheheh."
He deflects the question with a bit of humor, it seems like Arashi doesn't want to share his thoughts on the matter. Looking away from Arashi his eyes fall back upon Shirogane who still had his eyes shut, that's a bad habit to have. Tenzen pondered it for a moment, he gave it genuine thought. Maybe he shouldn't have been so hasty to kill the question off so quickly, maybe he should- No, the Kuchiki will get nothing from him.
"I have nothing to say."
And that was it, yes the Kuchiki's words had its share of taunts laced within them or perhaps his oblivious noble nature doesn't see the things he said as taunts, however, the Chief won't bite. He decided early on that he was going to play his cards close to his chest and he shall stick to it. Suddenly a surge of Spiritual Energy would wash over them, like mouse trap springing shut without warning Tenzen casts Tozanshō around the Aku Hachi Hakkō and the First Division members, altering it slightly so that it is formed as a pyramid instead of its natural inverted state. The ground shook and rattled the buildings prompting the Captain to leap onto the Pyramid barrier and hold onto it as he stares an ever-burning hole into Shirogane, but this was not of the Kuchiki's doing. No, while he glared at Shirogane he took the brief moment of confusion to sense out the source of this Spiritual Energy, it was coming from the Central part of the Seireitei. He has sensed this Reiryoku before it was someone from three months ago who aided in stopping the Kototsu. He didn't let his mind linger too long on who it was as he had to focus on his own situation. Once the quakes subsided the Captain leaped off of the Pyramid and eased his glare on Shirogane, the Pyramid shaped Kido barrier remained active.
"Seems like something is happening in Central. We can worry about that after we are done here though."
Tenzen couldn't believe how jumpy he was, that sudden event provided a good outlet for him to unwind his tension even if it was just for a moment.

“How troublesome.”
Blue hair slipped over his scarred eye, and that sole red orb scanned the horizon as he stood, looming over a rooftop that could peer into the Sixth Division’s grounds. He knew that his lieutenant was getting into something. While as much as he had an idea of her exact capabilities, three months had passed, and she didn’t have much of a track record in the planning department.
She was a brute, and smashed her way through her problems; something like this was the complete opposite that made up the Second Division. She acted before she spoke, and it got her into trouble more times than not. There were plenty that doubted her place as their second-in-command the moment she has stepped into their world. But what he had seen earlier today upon her return, it was as if she had become another person after a short three months. It had caught him off guard when she had asked for a report, but he’d given it to her anyway. His one eye had caught sight of that girl within Yasu’s hold, and it was unsettling.
He gave her what she asked, and she left right after that information. And while he’d disappeared from her sight, he followed behind with another pair of the patrol unit. They stuck to her sides and in her shadow, and she was all aware when the code was spoken. That haunting melody rang through his head. Before they’d gotten there, units were already at the ready, observing since the arrival of Arashi at Sixth, lying in wait, listening, gathering.
Yasu’s arrival had turned the mood sour, but they could do nothing to intervene. She’d made sure of it. Little habits, they’d picked up when observing their own. They eyed those little quirks that Yasu gave them, unlike the ghostly demeanor of their captain. They were opposites, but they complimented each other, more than they could think of.
Slicking his hair back, he and the others could only watch in silence as she was arrested for interfering on noble affairs. Watching as she kicked up dust and was handled so ruthlessly, one would think, despite being apart of a noble family, that respect would still be a thing. She didn’t fight against the guards. And then she was gone, behind those wooden doors behind this new captain, the new head of the Kuchiki, and the third seat of the Thirteenth.
There was silence after those moments. And then panic. Their lieutenant had just gotten arrested. Captain Mukuro was already in a violent haze regarding the matter of the missing Xiaolin, and the news of his lieutenant getting arrested by the Sixth would only anger him even more.
Dropping from his perch once the streets had emptied, he landed silently where she’d once stood, kneeling and stared at the tiles. There was a single streak running across the tile.
One.
Just once.
Rising to his feet, he found another lying in wait and came face to face with them within the lines of the tree. Four other agents sat along the edges, ready to act on his command to inform the higher seats, but he shook his head. There had to have been something else that Yasu had in mind.
“Eyes at every angle. She is our first and only priority.”
Nods followed, and they were gone as if they didn’t exist at all; even he followed suit, finding seclusion among another pair of trees, his lone eye gauging the magnificent grounds and those that roamed around. He’d managed to catch his lieutenant being forced into the main building long before the rest of the escort, and he lies in wait. Those three most important individuals had stripped themselves of what could’ve been the most essential part of them. Their Zanpakutos went into the grasp of another set of royal guards.
How dangerous.
"Set up a perimeter around the Manor and cast a barrier. No one gets in or out without my order, those of you remaining your orders still stand."
Nobody goes in; nobody goes out. That’s what Captain Oda had said, but the distinct sound of a door opening to the outer sect had caught his attention, and he caught the movement of a lone royal guard exiting through the back door.
While it was slightly suspicious, that guard had managed to break past those members of the fifth division to continue his duties within noble grounds without a word exchanged. For who would go against the noble house from performing their duties? Sighing heavily, he averted his eyes back to the main entrance, watching the as the casters act at their captain’s command, and create a solid barrier, separating them from the rest of the Seireitei. In there, he wasn’t sure if it was possible to aid his lieutenant.
Following the formation of the barrier came an ominous rumbling, originating in the direction of Central, causing him to look in that direction for that split second, but he wasn’t alarmed. Turning back towards the noble ground, he tensed. There was an unnatural abrasion against the field. A single streak.
“...Just one.”

The path taken was hidden by trees and other plant life. It was a quiet area. Following this path, they’d eventually found herself in an area where several rooms sat open, sitting connected to the main manor. There were the idle hustle and bustle happening among the grounds, but no shinigami around. A private space, much similar to the one cut off by the stream, but it was inhabited with patrons. They were deep into the noble territory, but only ventured forth. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, after all.
There, they’d managed to break past those members of Fifth just in time to escape the barrier. Who’d stop the member of the Noble Guard after witnessing the treatment of the Second Divison’s lieutenant? For those who disrespect the royal guards, it was as if they were disrespecting the head themselves, and no one wanted that.
Suddenly, there was a rumbling that startled the masses, and the quickening of heartbeats was deafening as everyone panicked, but the one. They figured that it might’ve been to do regarding the familiar reiatsu, and someone was going through the motions. Everyone had gone through a life-changing realization and acted upon it: some good, and some far less than that.
They’d taken a step further but stopped to look towards the skies, where looming shadows covered the grounds — an extra beating heart. A new body and it wasn’t anyone that could’ve belonged to the nobles nor the Sixth. With close interaction came familiarity. And they were thoroughly familiar with this exterior body that gazed over these foreign grounds in search of something. They continued forth, but tripped along the way, stumbling rather ungracefully before gaining balance once more. A sharp mark formed from her mishap, and she clicked her tongue.
“How embarrassing...” The muffled voice hissed out.
They quickly moved out of sight, settling at the end of the pathway and finding solace in an empty corner. Pulling down the mask and tearing off the headscarf, a bush of fluffy pink hair escaped and revealed the wild mop that belonged to none other than Lieutenant Yūgure herself. Around her mouth, black streams trickled around her lips as they reached out from her neck.
She propped her head against the pristine walls and sighed heavily. Sometimes she hated herself for acting so rashly, but it was a chance that she had to take. If no one within her unit could discover the more in-depth information on the inside, then she would have to, in the most unorthodox way possible; and the most unconventional method that existed was just being herself. The chaotic runt of the Second Division had been known to have bad blood with the Sixth’s third seat, Shirogane Kuchiki all those months ago.
Her lip was bruised. That guard had gotten a good one on her…
Backing him up against the wall, she lifted his hands and pressed them against his neck. That killing intent was more than necessary, but she had to make a point. Using her monstrous strength alone broke those cuffs as she yanked them apart with a swift pull. They came apart as if they were just a child’s toy, and were caught by her foot just before it hit the ground. She did well to keep the area around her quiet.
“Hey.”
And he rammed his foot into her shin, causing her to hiss in pain, and that was enough for him to continue his assault and rail her in the mouth with his head. She quickly recovered and used that monstrous strength of hers to lift him off the ground and watch him dangle and struggle to catch his breath against her. She was a beast, and he had provoked her, more than enough times…
Yasu still tasted blood.
Whispers traveled across these occupied grounds regarding the commotion of the Fifth Division and arrest of Second Division’s lieutenant. Those garbed in purple were questioning the validity of it, and she exhaled softly. She slipped her covers back on and adjusted them finely to shield any part of her that made her who she was. All that was left were a pair of beady purple orbs that were filled with nothing but mischief. Rising to her feet, she broke past the shrubbery and walked in their general direction. Catching their eye, she followed their movement in greeting: a short bow of the head, curt and sweet.
“Any further news on the delivery matter?”
It was a broad subject, but it was more than enough to spike a conversation with these other guards. Information started with those that had access to move around as easily as the head himself. Those closest to him possessed as much information as he did, regardless of just how much he hid. People talked amongst themselves, what they hear, what they see. Curiosity was insatiable.
“The others have returned not too long ago with the contents ordered by Kuchiki-Sama. Never got the chance to see them personally because of the arrival of Fifth. I hear that Lieutenant Yūgure got involved and didn’t end well for her.”
Chuckling softly, she nodded. “For someone of her rank, you’d think she’d have known better, haha...”
They followed her in laughter, hushed, and quick. A few more words were exchanged before they parted ways, and Yasu was left to her own devices. They’d left first to make rounds around the perimeter, and she’d have that time to herself. Out of the corner of her eye, movement caught her attention. So what she’d done had piqued something’s attention. She pressed her hand against a wooden beam and raised her fist gently, but another set of movement caught her attention.
It was in another room, the door slightly ajar. Having little room to see just who resided, she merely knelt down by the threshold and rapped her knuckles gently against the wooden frame. The shadow of the occupant was feminine, and in such a secluded place, she could only imagine just who this may have resided here. Though the main manor was where the highest of the Noble Kuchiki resided, with the events currently happening, there was a chance that the ones that Shirogane cared for would be out of harm's way and secluded elsewhere. Hopefully, this one one of them.
“My apologies, madam. I’ve come on behalf of Kuchiki-Sama, in regards to your wellbeing. He’s ordered me to assist you in any way that I can.”
Meanwhile, beneath the surface, she moved. The smell of food filled her senses and she twitched. Food was a blessing, and for a tray of it to be delivered despite being imprisoned, it was peculiar. Blood was all that she tasted, so the food just enticed her even more. Her body twisted and she tilted her head just a bit in the direction of the metal door. It was dark, but the sounds of whimpering bounced against the walls, though it was... odd. The bodies outside, their curiosity would be sated had they seen her. A pathetic excuse of a lieutenant lay on their prison floors, hurt and starving... for something to eat.
