Before he knew what was what, the rambuntious commotion struck, watching from the sidelines. Shin'eki would bring his sleeve to his face as he began to chuckle silently at Lt.Kyuuzou's remarks, the dynamic between he and the captain was far deeper than blood it seemed. Looking over the newly entered occupants, the 7th Seat would look out toward them. Some faces he recognized, some he did not. New recruits? Before he could complete his mental interrogations, the voice of Shinobu would quickly gather Shin'eki's full attention.
Being unable to fully gather his composure however, Shin'eki would become erratic, his speech squabbled. "Err Yes s- I mean Ma'am!"Rushing toward the shoji door, he would scramble over the now formed crowd trampling through Jiro and Kyuuzou as he reached to open the door, Slamming the door ajar, a billow of smoke would exit the office. Imitating that of a burning building before the smoke recessed and dissipated. Scrambling to find his place, among the ground, he would quickly muster himself to kneel at attention to the side of Jiro as color rushed to his face.
"Now, I've called you all in here to go over a few things. Given that some of you have been missing for some time. You may be unaware of certain recent events that have transpired here in the Soul Society. Especially if some of you idiots refuse to actually read our SCC articles...From a Kototsu barreling its way through the Rukongai, to the situation related to Hollowfication. We've been slow on getting the information quickly. With that last event we fell behind the second division. And that ain't how I like to roll, feel me? With all that being said. We need more eyes in circulation. Often. There shouldn't be an event that either of us misses. Between surveillance using the Danrenshiki's backdoor app features and eyes on the ground, there is no reason our information should come second hand. I'll be dividing you up between certain tasks i think will benefit much of your growth.
Shin'eki would watch his captain as he put on his overcoat. A sense of awe would begin to well-up within the core of his being. His eyes would shift over toward Shinobu, had she really forgotten who he was? There was only seven years between the two after all. He had watched her growth, always being seemingly a mile ahead of him, however, now with his newly acquired skill and abilities, he was sure to close that gap in time and in practice.
"You three will be under Shinobu's care. Shinobu san, I want you to fill them in on our administrative duties. Take them around the offices and then you're on field duty. I want you to get whatever scooop you can from the other divisions. Use any methods necessary but don't overstay your welcome. You may find that other divisions don't like us snooping around their barracks unwelcomed. In a few hours, I'll call you back here. We have more new arrivals droppin' off on our doorstep soon. I've already put in their requests.
The red-haired Shinigami would look toward the new recruit. (Hm.) so this was who he was going to be working with, as well as Shinobu and Jiro? Perhaps his request for acknowledgement had been recognized after all. A child-like smile would cross his face as he looked toward Jiro.
In time, I will be evaluating each of you individually on your progress. We will all need to gather and develop our strength quickly. Even i am unsure as to what fate has in store for all of us. I need my division ready for whatever that may be.
Am i understood? If not...speak now..."
Shin'eki was more than ready, his excitement escaping permeating throughout his reiryoku as he looked toward the others; as he waited for word on what Shinobu's orders were.

A chuckle escaped the lips, his hand covered his smile. This would be an entertaining thing to watch, a bicker between the brothers, however, this would provoke him to scan the initial reactions of the recruits—causing him to change his smile as he extended his hand, in so to pat the back of his best friend. His expression retains a gentle warmness that would have sent his brothers to cease their slight bicker.
"Now, now. What's the mission, Oyabun?"
This would be when the captain assigned two different teams, with him in Shinobu's group. His eyes darted a bit as the light in the eyes grew stronger as this means he would stay inside the NInth Barracks this time... Or so he'd thought?
"Hmm.. I guess you're stuck with me, Moon—Lieutenant Shinobu. See ya outside."
A sudden shift in his words when addressing the lieutenant while looked over to the recruits, considering not to leave behind a terrible impression. And so, he turned around while waving his hand as he leaves from the room. Was he a bit rude just now? Perhaps not, he was just in a hurry in so that Maho wouldn't have to task him with another mission.

Arriving to the North East from the North West >>>>>>>
Omoni arrived in a much faster manner than when she had been gone and all of it was due to the small fairy-like girl at the back of her heels. Once she crossed into the fourth her pace did not slow but quickened. That woman barged into the hospital and was met with a pair of critical aide nurses who were trained to react that way whenever an incompacitated patient was brought through the doors. While they attached his broken body to different lines and cables, the Vice-Captain’s healing remained active doing everything it could to course through Jinnosuke and attempt to regulate the chaos ensuing inside. Together, the three of them charged past the barriers where doctors and personnel were only allowed to be present. This might have left her guide confused and stuck because no words were said to direct her further. It would be true that the moment the lieutenant stepped into the hospital, she became one hundred percent focused on saving that man’s life. There was no room to look back and thank Oyama for helping her even though she did not intend to be rude. The thought hadn’t been in her mind. What she chose to do now that she had made it to the division with Hageshi was entirely up to her.
Instantly, the group had gotten Jinnosuke set up in an urgent care room. They continued their work, attaching him to machines that let out shrill beeping noises confirming those vital connections were made. Although Omoni removed herself from that hustle and bustle just being in the presence of the hospital was enough for her to consistently support him. The trauma from going through just the beginning stages of the process could have been enough to lose him and she would be damned if she let that happen.
“ His blood pressure is dropping!!! ”
Omoni leered at him from the corner of the bed. Willing her rage to get through to him even if he was at the edge of the veil. The great fool did not know the half of what he had truly done to himself this time. The more she listened to the growing amount of doctors, the more that she had to face the facts. The damage count she had stored away from the past few months during her absence was not enough to completely stabilize Jinnosuke. Hageshi knew this as soon as she saw his crippled form that there would need to be much more involved in his treatment than she or even the Captain could provide. At the moment.
“ I’ve got a pulse, but it’s weak! ”
As far as she was concerned there was only one thing that she could do. Just at that precise point in time, something caught her eye. Resting on the window’s seal was a Jigokuchō (地獄蝶, Hell Butterfly). The woman had seen them frequently in the fourth. This was probably because it was relatively a peaceful place and there were many urgent messages that needed to be sent from medics and patients alike. The giant reached out to the tiny black butterfly which responded to her by fluttering up to gently sit upon the crest of her index's knuckle where it awaited what she had to say.

“ The Fourth Division appeals to the Second Division Captain Kyomu Mukuro to request that the Captain Commander grant a Hollow for an emergency medical procedure. “
This was not at all how she would have normally made such a demand. She'd rather have stomped to the first's gates themselves and raged about it herself! However, it was obvious that this messenger had to reach the highest of the hierarchy and it befitted her to perform appropriately in this situation. As the hell butterfly took to the skies, Omoni was brought back down to earth.
“ Start a transfusion, STAT.”
“Got it!”

Without another word, Omoni shut the scene away and stood outside of the room. It wasn’t common for her to visit this part of the hospital besides ensuring everyone was doing their jobs. She was morecomfortable outside clashing fists with tough Shinigami and mending wounds on the fly rather than experiencing the shock of seeing a friend struggling in such a way. The feelings made her angry but seathing there was not productive. Flourishing with furious spiritual power, Hageshi went in search of her captain. Those within the range of the hospital could feel how heavy her soul was. It would not have hindered anyone’s labor of course, if anything it had tones of reinvigoration which appeared to induce an energized canter. Omoni thumped along until she came to a nearby nurses station. The lone medic flinched when Omoni approached her so swiftly.
“Lieutenant Hageshi!”
“ Where is the Captain.”
“Uhh…”

Immediately, her hands began clacking away at one of their computers. Their system would have him placed somewhere and she could look it up. A brief moment passed when the lady replied.
“ He’s seeing a patient in room 12A!”
“Thanks.”

Omoni spouted a quick grateful word and made a beeline for the room. Luckily for her, Captain Nakamoto had always been aware of his lieutenant’s inability to properly tell direction. He also knew that to find where she wanted to go she would leave buildings in rubble. The signs explaining how to get to every area of the hospital had doubled and made it so she had no trouble navigating. It was something unspoken between the two of them and a reason that she respected the boy.
Soon, she stood outside of 12A and rapped the back of her scarred knuckles upon it’s wood firmly.

Jatiri was unaware of Jiro’s specific question, because Jiro walked behind him. However, he was able to detect his speech through the lingering sound waves in the air. Still, Jatiri continued onwards, making no effort to look back. He bore no malice toward Jiro, but he was practically lost in his own thoughts. Indeed, one could say that Jatiri often suffered from an overactive mind. Furthermore, he reflected on what the Tiger had said to him earlier.
"Seems like you got potential"
Jatiri shook his head, forgetting himself for a moment. He wondered if he was worthy of serving in the ninth. Fuck. I don’t want to fail them. I don’t want to fail myself. These sort of thoughts continued to circulate in his head and consume him. You’ve got to stay strong. You can’t fail bro. Fail? Do you know who the fuck I am? But what if..Suddenly, a strong aroma took ahold of him, and brought him back. The scent was unappealing to his nose, yet it reminded him of home, thus providing him with a level of comfort.
Jatiri entered the captain’s office behind Lieutenant Shinobu. He observed the exchange between the captain and lieutenants, smirking in advance. The dynamic between the three was truly refreshing.
Now, Jatiri was seated with his legs crossed and arms folded. He gave the captain his undivided attention.
”You may be unaware of certain recent events that have transpired here in the Soul Society. Especially if some of you idiots refuse to actually read our SCC articles...”
Jatiri shook his head at the others, knowing damn well that he’d never read a single article.
You two darkies are with me for the day. I've got a few errands to run. In time, I will be evaluating each of you individually on your progress. We will all need to gather and develop our strength quickly. Even i am unsure as to what fate has in store for all of us. I need my division ready for whatever that may be.
Am i understood? If not...speak now..."

The captain pointed to Jatiri and lieutenant Kyuuzou. Jatiri responded by jolting upright and nodding. He understood the importance of the situation, and sought to be an important player. Thus, he would do whatever was necessary to fulfill his tasks.

Captain Maho, like Captains Mukuro and Kagayaki, held his own division meeting. As with the others, he too would find such a meeting interrupted. Directly before his desk, the wispy trails of his cigar smoke would swirl, as a wraith like being steps from them like curtains. The figure stands before the Captain, cutting off his line of sight from his subordinates.
Meanwhile, Captain Nakamoto speaks with former Lieutenant Nibui, checking in on his progress since his physiology-altering Bankai event. The Captain dispatches his own lieutenant to deal with Nibui’s successor, who also suffers from bankai-induced grievous bodily harm. Unfortunately, the Captain’s focus would yet again be interrupted. As he examines Nibui, a figure appears behind him, seemingly snapping into existence. His mysterious presence looming over the Captain.

One of Commander Murasaki’s own private messengers. These First Division messengers carry the word of Shobatsu himself, something that both of the Captains have encountered time and again. Though the mere presence of such a being can only signify one thing, the messengers continue to speak out of courtesy.
“Captain Kojima.” “Captain Nakamoto.”
“Orders for you from the Captain Commander sir."

In their hands, they each hold an envelope, sealed in purple wax with the signet of the First Division. It is ironic that the Blind Commander dispatches only orders meant to be read, but even with all of the Gotei Thirteen’s forms of communication, the written letter remains the most discreet.

The moment the Captain’s hands touch the envelope, the messengers fade from view, as though they never existed at all, their task complete. The message contained inside each of their envelopes read:
Quote:Captain Kojima, Captain Nakamoto,
You and your fellow Captains have been summoned for a meeting. You are to report to the Captains Hall immediately.
A direct audience with Captain Commander Shobatsu Murasaki himself. It was rare for the Commander to call such a meeting. It's been well over a century since the last time the Captains had all gathered, when Yū Nakamoto ascended to the rank. Is this gathering perhaps for Tenzen Oda then? He was after all, just recently released from recovery, and permitted to tend to his duties as Captain. No, that would be the hopeful side of the Captains thinking. The truth is clear. Too much has happened this past year, the Seireitei’s sense of security has crumbled, and dark forces are starting to rise from the cracks. This meeting will hardly be one of celebration. A talk is well overdue.
