Emi found herself struggling to climb out from under her unusually heavily blanket, only to find it being weighed down by Pahar. The feline was the small but conveniently placed making it rather difficult to get out from under him. Eventually, she squirmed out of the sheets and fixed herself up tidy, but not before getting a good whack from his thick tail. Practically tripping over little Saahasik, Emi found herself clutching onto a support pillar to not fall onto the small calico. It was a bother to get to her routines with the haphazardly sleeping furballs, but she managed. Sitting within the spa area, she began her morning routine to exercise controlling her Reiatsu. This also provided her with a good means to focus on waking up before something interesting happens, which it would seem was already happening. Emi was interrupted by the persistent vibrations of the Denreishinki on a stone near her, basically screaming into the serenity and disrupting her calm nature. Grasping onto the device, she pulled up the vocal alert and listened with little interest.
”Yeeeeaahhh….This is Shusuke Kiyoshi, Third of Sixth. Anyone on these lines I got a three twenty-four in the Northeast Seireitei. That's a Black Coffin alert for all you desk jockeys. Requesting back-up from Fifth and Seventh to find the perpetrator and Fourth Division to pick up the blood samples of the deceased...You won't be needing a large vessel. Kiyoshi out.”
The message didn’t have a tone of urgency, but the information did. She pondered a bit before standing and making her way back to the pharmacy. Pahar had been on her heels all morning, desiring some exquisite meats she could only assume. Grabbing onto some special vials, she placed them withing a carrying case specifically designed to transport them and latched it shut tightly. Turning to face a disgruntled Pahar, she patted her shoulder for him to jump up onto. Emi fastened these supplies to her back; as well as adding a case of gauze and other small things like syringes and scalpels. Emi knew that there wouldn’t be a need for them to heal, but figured a Black Coffin being exercised would raise the need for a means to make someone talk. She smirked at the idea before wiping such tendencies from her mind, as she was now very late to respond. Another member of her division had surely arrived on the scene so she didn’t bother with packing any basic necessities and brought more specialized equipment. On a last note, she packed some smily bandages to possibly lighten any mood around this catastrophe she was bound to be walking into.
”Okay, Pahar, try not to bite anyone when we get there because you’re grumpy.. You’re physically large but I’m sure they’re not forgiving.”
Emi gave her precious little been a little kiss on his head before walking out from the pharmacy. Her shunpo ability was little to none even if she practiced it frequently, so she had learned to hustle to get around with ease. They were moderately slower than shunpoing, so it didn’t bother her all that much to travel this way. She already knew she was late, but Emi was unsure how else to assist in the matter. Her specialties were with anesthesias and neurology which weren’t all that required for incisions from the blade.
Nevertheless, she arrived on the scene just in time to see Junko express disdain to bringing the patient back to the barracks. Something was off about the area so she turned to look at the scene. Emi didn’t know Miss Izumi personally but gave her a little bow, her icy irises trained on her while doing so. Her expression was mute, her Reiatsu concealed, and her demeanor non-threatening. She wasn’t sure she would’ve been noticed if it weren’t for the heavy patters of her own footsteps. Glazing over the blood-stained area, Emi stared at the other individuals she hadn’t come in contact with before. Three individuals aside from the patient, who was now rising to make a defence for himself, were met with an inquisitive gaze from Emi. She wasn’t particularly excited or intrigued by their existences and instead settled upon the bloodied one as he mended himself. She made a two second expression of disapproval; no matter the circumstance he should allow the fourth to mend him, even if it wasn’t Miss Izumi. Her gaze left the patient once he had made his point, returning an empty but rather cold looking gaze to the three momentarily. There was no ill will behind her eyes, yet her gaze was chilling and nearly dead-like. Emi averted her gaze towards her higher up as she looked for some instruction after removing the contents she’d strapped to herself. Pahar, now free to do as he pleased, roamed towards the three and decided that Hideaki was interesting to him, jumped up to his shoulders to sniff the lad’s hair.
”Cht! Pahar. Behave.”
Emi warned the unruly creature, she wasn’t about to be scolded for an invasion of personal space. He didn’t listen entirely but pulled from sniffing the boy and lept down a few steps from the lad’s feet, making sure not to get any drying grime onto his pelt. She shook her head at him before looking back to Miss Izumi while she held her equipment under her right arm, using her zanpakuto as a sort of small anchor to balance it all. Heeding what the injured little guy said and tilted her head a bit, Emi assumed Miss Izumi had a reason to be upset but rather not delve into it. She couldn’t quite sense the scale of their Reiatsu’s, but could tell they were flaring up a bit. She wanted to pipe up about treating the man, even holding a syringe ready in hand, but didn’t want to make the situation any worse.
