Fools, this is what he thought of the men of Central 46, so ignorant to their own hubris that they would ignore his opinion that such a spell would be too dangerous. Forty wise men and six judges thought that they knew better than he, men who knew nothing of how dangerous Kido can be especially when they sacrifice quality for quantity. But surely they see it or at least feel it, the impending doom of the Seireitei, and Tenzen would make sure they would know it was their own doing after he contained and removed the spell that is. First things first, getting his colleagues away from what he could only describe as a "Reiryoku Bomb". He was observing this catastrophe from the ground level, his bare feet planted on the tiled floor of one of the many walkways that lead to the Kido Corps Headquarters and within a moment he would lean forward onto the balls of his feet as his toes curled to brace themselves before vanishing from the ground level. He launched himself directly towards the bomb grabbing the hilts of his Zanpakuto drawing them out whilst reciting his Shikai release phrase.
"Open sky falls mute and the empty sky screams, closed void stands to speak and the full void is silent. Kokūzō."
The blades began to glow a golden color, the Wakazashi in his left dispersed into a golden light that spiraled around his left arm with the rattling of chains becoming more present as it began to take shape. The Katana in his right hand grew in length until it took the form of a Nodachi. The spiraling light would spiral out from his left arm, behind his back and connected itself to the pommel of the Nodachi. The light shatters revealing his Shikai, it was nothing to write home about in terms of appearance, however, the true eye-catching trait of it was the golden mist that flowed endlessly from the blade. A pulse ripples out from the bomb in trajectory with Tenzen himself,
"Enkōsen" placing a hand on the back of his blade the shield-like spell is cast and as the pulse drew closer his instincts flared up like a wildfire as he braced himself with his Reiatsu the pulse shattered the spell and caused him to slide back a few feet. Thanks to the shield and his Reiatsu he saved himself from being launched back to the ground. he looked back for a brief moment to watch the fragments of Enkōsen scatter to the wind and he continued to move on. He had no time to think about what if's, such things are irrelevant, only cause needless anxiety, and waste time.
Creating footholds out of the Reishi around him he launches himself once more towards the bomb and towards him races another pulse.
"Dankū." He casually casts the spell and watches the pulse crash against it causing no damage to the spell. Damage doesn't reach level 90 class spells? He can work with this, his mind begins to formulate not only a rescue plan but a plan to remove the bomb as well. He dispelled Dankū before he himself would crash into it and would continue to use it on approach to his division members. Whilst on this approach the light of the bomb became more of a nuisance causing him to squint his eyes until he gave up on it altogether and just closed them. There was plenty of Reiatsu and Reiryoku around for him to make out what he needed to see using his sense of Reiryoku alone. What he saw through this was the forms of his division members shielding themselves next to this bomb which looked like a brilliant photo of the sun capturing its flares and all. Once he was close enough to ensure the safety of his squad he began to put phase one of his plan into motion, the rescue. Using his Zanpakuto he would cause the mist to gush out of his blade and flow to those in danger encasing them in a bubble of the matter erasing mist that flowed from the blade.
"Do not let up on your defenses until you are safely moved away from this bomb!"
He had to yell, it was something he didn't like doing but he had to. The men and women in his Division knew this about him and if he was yelling at them then they knew they had to listen and follow that command. His eyes were still closed as he inhaled deeply to garner some focus and control
"Tozanshō" A spell that ignites at a single point and forms an inverted pyramid, typically around the caster, however, Tenzen used it to form inverted pyramids around each of his division members. Another pulse ripples out, he uses Danku to protect himself while the spell he cast around his division members cracked, spiderweb-like cracks formed across the front-facing side of the pyramids like a broken windshield on a car. Tenzen took this opportunity to encase the pyramids in orange Kido barriers, layers upon layers of protection were used. First, the mist from the Zanpakuto would alleviate some of the strain and stress from the Reiryoku the bomb was releasing. While it couldn't erase it entirely it would allow those near it some relief. Next, Tozanshō further alleviated the strain whilst creating some protection from the pulses and after that last pulse, Tenzen put the final step of his rescue plan in motion.
"Hako Okuri" As he said this the pyramids inside began to vanish and relocate a safe distance away from the bomb and just after casting another pulse erupts from the bomb, he uses Danku to protect himself and the pulse shatters the orange barriers.
With his division now safe and sound he can work on removing this bomb from existence with a rather unique method. He moves away from the bomb, what he needs to do does not require him being so close to it at the moment. He opens his eyes once again and points his blade at the bomb and continuing his calm level headed behavior he casts the first part of his strategy
"Ryūbi no Jōmon" A dozen pillars form and fly from Tenzen's location to the spot his blade was aimed in front of him, another pulse came and caused the pillars to creak, this thing is getting stronger and possibly ready to blow. Yeah, Tenzen didn't want to think about how much time he had left, nor did he want to notice how more frequent and more powerful the pulses started to become he just wanted to move forward as quickly as he can without making mistakes.
"Brethren-in-arms withdrawing for the distance of 8 sun and standing still." More pillars began to form and reinforce the ones already in place. His eyes would shift, looking to his left,
"Blue bolt, white bolt. Kigai no Jōmon" Hexagons began to form and link with each other slowly forming a honeycomb-like structure, whilst that was building his eyes would shift to the right this time.
"Black bolt, red bolt. Kokō no Jōmon." A circular barrier appears with the edges of it appearing to gush water from it before solidifying and taking the appearance of a water wheel. His eyes then look up above the bomb, he was sweating, using Nijū Eishō to weave different spells while reciting an incantation at the same time, keeping his focus and composure just right so he won't rush and botch anything and blocking out the looming threat of the bomb inside that roars with the fury of an angry dragon, how poetic the thought would be provided his plan can go off without a hitch.
"Sinking into the ocean together seeking redemption. Hōyoku no Jōmon." Fire erupts in the sky forming a crescent shape above the bomb, red planks "slide" out of the flames with an obelisk in the middle and once fully formed the lampshade-like barrier folds in like wings above the bomb.
"Shijū no Saimon"A great barrier forms around the bomb, the pulses bouncing off the walls within and for the moment an air of calm came over the Seireitei. Below those in Division 5 and the Kido Corps looked on in awe as it seemed liked Tenzen formed the barrier effortlessly, in truth it was no easy feat. To cast spells in the middle of an incantation while under such pressure was a difficult task, to say the least. While they rejoiced in the "victory" Tenzen was far from done with the bomb, he used his Shunpo to get close enough to the barrier and place a hand on it,
"Kūkanten'i This spell is used to teleport a specific portion of space from one location to another while keeping all spells within that space active. The space Tenzen selected was the space around the barrier and it began to glow a bright yellowish-green color, those who had never seen the spell before thought the bomb was about to explode. When they clinched their chest with anticipation the glow erupted into a pillar and shot into the sky. Tenzen, the barrier, and the bomb were gone, confusion rang out among those who didn't know what was happening. Did Tenzen die? Was the bombs blast dulled down thanks to the barrier? These are questions that would be answered later and as of right now, they are irrelevant to Tenzen who is currently miles above the Seireitei, outside of the barrier that protects it from anything spiritual from entering unwanted.
He stands before Kokō no Jōmon, the circular barrier opens up in front of him. Using his own Reiatus and Zanpakuto ability he does what he can to protect himself from the pulses that come in like waves now. He looks behind himself, out to the horizon and then back to the bomb.
"Since they did something I deemed forbidden and dangerous then I shall do something they deem forbidden and dangerous as well. Hado 99 Goryūtenmetsu." The energy around Tenzen ruptures creating a massive gust of wind the battles back against a similar gust rushing out of the open side of the barrier. Five enormous light purple dragons form above Tenzen all looking down at the bomb currently encased within Shijū no Saimon. Those below were able to see the purple light far above the Seireitei and were able to sense that it was Tenzen but weren't sure what he was planning. Was he going to attack the bomb head-on with that forbidden Hado? Or was he planning on canceling out the blast somehow with something of equal force? No, all of these were wrong. It is often known that Bakudo is for defense and sealing while Hado is purely for offensive purposes but in the eyes and hands of Tenzen, such thinking is irrelevant. He will use any spell to suit his need or purpose, he will attack with Bakudo and he will defend and seal with Hado if need be and in this case, he plans on defending with Hado. What makes Hado 99 Goryūtenmetsu forbidden is the fact that it draws in Reiatsu from the surrounding area to empower itself and it just so happens to have a rather meaty source of it right in its face.
Four of the five dragon heads dive into the entrance provided by Kokō no Jōmon absorbing the incoming pulses before biting down on it, absorbing Reiatsu from the ever-growing bomb. The fifth head turns away and looks out at the horizon, opening its mouth and firing a beam of energy that stretches out for miles past the Seireitei and out over the Rukongai. The denizens of the Rukongai saw it as some sort of spectacular light show and looked on with ignorant glee not knowing what sort of danger was brewing within the Seireitei itself. Thankfully this spell did not drain Tenzen as it had an outside source for that and that source grew dimmer the longer the dragon fed off of it and in an odd way stabilized it. A white glow pulsated around Goryūtenmetsu and flowed into the bomb with one head of the dragon moving away from it and out of the barrier to fire off a beam of its own. In time the other heads ould follow suit firing off beams as well. In the outer districts of the Rukongai, the energy would dissipate and fall the ground like the first snow of winter a dazzling feast for the eyes indeed. The barrier closed Tenzen looking back at the bomb inside, it was stable in this state it could be used in a practical sense but what it was before this was proof that such a spell needed years, no, decades of study and research before casting it could become a thought.
"Shakkahō" Using his Kido Displacement Tenzen planted Hado 31 Shakkahō within the bomb and now in its weakened state sealed within a powerful barrier, it detonates causing the cube-like barrier to balloon and crack. Tenzen flinches and almost leaps away as he didn't expect it to still have that much power left over and by this point, Hado 99 had exhausted its energy and faded.
The situation resolved Tenzen stands in the sky looking at the ballooned and cracked barrier with smoke seeping through said cracks. He begins to wonder if C46 is a threat to Soul Society, the fact that they would use their position of power to go over his head and attempt the spell anyway says enough. What else could they plot that would disturb the balance or peace of Soul Society? He would ponder these things later as he now needed to report this to Shobatsu Murasaki, the Sōtaichō. In Tenzen's eyes, C46 is not to be trusted and he thinks he may find some common ground on that with the Sōtaichō.
