“Do not move”
Michi heard the large gatemen’s spoke, This gatekeeper hardly ever spoke to any one. He only speaks when needed. Michi stood still, like a pole waiting for approval, however this was not the case this time. She felt the collar of her short sleeved shihakusho shirt being scrunched up to be lifted off from the ground by the giant. Her face began to get pale from being lifted up by the gatekeeper. However she knew he would not harm during the process of checking for any kind of 6th division garments, eventually he found the garments belonging to the sixth division to much of relief to Michi. Process of Michi to be allowed in was only a few minutes to her being let down or more like being dropped by the Giant. Her leg reflexes were exceptionally good and she landed on her two feet stabilized enough, her feet were a centimetre apart from each other facing forwards like most her body, facing the same way. Her delicate hands straightened her shihakusho to where it originally was.
“Stand Back.”
The voice came out from the gatesman of the Shuwaimon (), which she obeyed his orders, moved a couple feet behind where she originally stood, after all those gates were very heavy from the looks of them. Michi saw Akuyaku ripping the gate off from the ground with such ease that it looked easy for anyone from the outside. The gate appeared on his shoulders, which clearly gave Michi loads of room to maneuver across from the Rukongai side to the South of the Seireitei.
Wasting no time at all she zoomed past the gatekeeper into the southern area of the seireitei, she fair amount of distance away from the gate as it dropped down heavily on the ground, with creating quite a loud noise when it dropped, the gust of dusty wind blown over a few metres. Whilst moving at an extreme speed in the south part of the Seireitei, bustling with divisions such as sixth, tenth, second and third. Second and Third to the south east, which was opposite where she was heading to. And to the South west of the seireitei lies the sixth and tenth.
She once again used Shunpo to get to the division much faster, getting closer she sensed a couple of people that were unfamiliar to her, her surroundings was full of gossiping members of the sixth members, leading her to be quite disgusted at their gossiping and instead of doing their duties. Trees rustling around her, wind whistled in her ears as she started to get slower as she approached the division. Upon slowing down she heard some clashes and clinks from zanpakutos not long after a few explosions followed along, not only this she felt a change, she could not sense her cousin Shusuke’s presence anymore. This meant he escaped from the scene within an explosion that had a different smoke from Shusuke’s still lingering as it seemed like so.
As she got there in less than a minute, she appeared on the rooftop, her eyes fixated on the ground, to see if she could find anything that was critical evidence on what had happened. A badge that seemed familiar caught her purple eyes. She jumped down landing on her two feet. Stealthy she grabbed the wooden badge that appeared to be attached to a white cloth. Her eyes widened at the sight, it appeared to the 9th division's Lieutenant badge. Shusukes! This belonged to someone other than shusuke, her hands trembled at touching the badge, something bad happened here that's for sure. Gripping it tightly she held it and placed it in her pocket for safe keeping for later, to give it back to him. She muttered underneath her breath

”Shit…”

Her reiatsu started to release so to those who was still there be able to sense her presence, soon her body became engulfed in a purple bright light that shape of a moon, to those who was around her became blind by the light of reiatsu, begging and cries came from unseated members of the sixth division could be heard panicking. Her legs walked closer to the scene where the badge was found. In hopes she wondered if someone would answer her, if she asked what was happening.
“Hello? Anyone here to tell me what the going on here?!”

The swift shinigami came to a stop, his knees slightly bent. His head turned slightly right and then left. Again and again, his eyes shifted around, searching. Could they be following those clashing ahead? A distance away from the combatants still, Jatiri did not yet engage in combat. He gripped the handles of his sai tighter. With his reiatsu potent and widespread, he was a giant. Unhindered. As words began to escape his mouth, a sudden heat surfaced, rumbling accompanying it. What did those things suggest? An attack? One involving fire? He did not stick around and scrutinize the seemed attack. He was gone. It was as if, for the briefest time, he became a ghost. All the while, he kept caution close. He did not know what to expect. He did, however, suspect, based on the energies present, shikai was already in play for some. That did not trouble him but did cause him to wonder how far things would go.
Stopping, he found himself just in front of a wall. In a moment, no, less than that, he had managed to have gotten far from where he had been. When explosions commenced in the distance, he did not believe they would reach him. Even so, he accounted for the unlikely occurrence as it seemed the explosions would never stop. If necessary, he would put even more distance between himself and the attack. What would the ones truly at risk of it do? Their decision could be the difference between life and death. Would they take off? At least one of them, Shusuke, did. He not only moved to evade Hiroka's attack but also to dish out his own. He intended for it to be his last. It reeled his smoke into his blade, but that was not all. Pulled in would also be those who had breathed in his zanpakuto's reiatsu.
Jatiri, looking around, remained where he was, unmoving. When he felt confident the "spar" was over, he retracted his reiatsu. In no time, it ceased to be, not even a hint of it exposed. Aside from it, ceasing to be seemed to be other combatants. Had they fallen prey? If so, the smoke having carried them off would not have escaped Jatiri. The direction the smoke had traveled would not have either. When he picked up his foot, preparing to step, distinct vibrations came about near where he intended to go. They had a pattern he found familiar. Following them, he had more than an idea of who he would find. Along the way, he could not help but give attention to the damage around him.
Casually, he appeared by his lieutenant's side, walking with him. While Jatiri bowed his head at his lieutenant, he noticed Uzu. What was he doing here? Did he want in on the training? Did he have information to relay? Jatiri did not have a clue. Based on his lieutenant's manner, it seemed to Jatiri something more pressing than the spar came up. Whatever it was, he was curious about it. He watched intently as his lieutenant spoke to him.
"I have received word that one of our own is in holding at the Fifth Division Barracks. Jiroshizo Raikyu, do you know of him? Doesn't matter, I need you to fetch him from Fifth and bring him back to our barracks and hold him in the Detention cells until the Captain arrives back at the barracks. She'll decide what to do with im'. After which, I need you to meet me at the gate to receive some Shinigami."
Jiroshizo Raikyu? The mere mention of him caught Jatiri by surprise. He never thought he would see the former third seat again since, a hundred years ago, Jiroshizo had departed to the human world. Regardless of the short amount of time they had spent as squadmates back then, Jatiri had had respect for his former superior. The passing of a hundred years did not change that. However, now, he was being told to retrieve and place Jiroshizo in a detention cell.
"Do not make me repeat myself. Go."

The Fangs of an Injured Wolf
Hideaki turned up from being MIA to initially turn himself in. For the crime of abandoning his duties as a Shinigami, the punishment can be severe and may even lead to his execution. Hideaki made peace with that in his mind. It was Lieutenant Shusuke’s idea to have a game together after all, it had been 100 years since Hideaki and Shusuke had been together under the same roof. So why not have one last Hoorah?
Well that last hoorah turned into a bloody battle of survival. With the invasion of two members of squad 11 deciding to invade this game of cops and robbers. Hideaki had found himself flown straight back against the wall, crushing into it with incredible force with his bare back. His back was shattered and bloodied, pasting the wall with it. At first, he did not notice, but after a few seconds of laying there, the pain then rushed from his left shoulder, his barely open silver orbs jumping straight to that point, only to see an entire arm had been blown off.
Blood gushed out in waves from the wound, splattering all over the soil beneath him. It was stupid of him to think he could take on Hiroka’s Ikkotsu. Hideaki was bested, but not defeated. His silver eyes filled with power, shining brighter than before and shifting their colour to a dark gold. His right hand firmly held the hilt of his invisible blade, the man’s shikai was still active. Looking forward, toward the dark smog that surrounded the 6th division, his hearing had come back, having been thrown out of the smog from Hiroka’s fist.
’’Just a little more… One final attack..’’
Hideaki couldn’t stand up, but the wall behind him would provide enough support for Hideaki to use his final move. Hiroka had escaped the clutches of the smog, having gone airbourne, he could sense the man in the sky. Hideaki would have to settle for using his final attack on the two men on the ground. A limb for a limb. Lifting the hilt, carefully aiming the tip of the invisible blade toward the general direction of the clanging of swords, reiatsu condensing, focusing on a single point. The air around Hideaki moves in a spiral toward that singular point, gathering and building.
‘’IT’S READY! DO IT NOW!!’’
Amakaze’s voice roared in Hideaki’s mind. Hideaki thrust his blade forward, ‘’Hauringu-fū no Tsume!’’, and released the strongest ability he possessed within his Shikai. A blast of air so powerful, it blew away the smog Shusuke had created and destroyed anything in Hideaki’s straight path. Buildings for at least as close as 5 miles would have been devastated. Shoumetsu and Shusuke’s fight would come to a halt or pay the price of taking this blast head on. Doing so may shatter their very bones and be lacerated in heavy slashes from the roaring blast of air.
The blade reverted back to it’s sealed form, Hideaki sat there, head dropping and eyes closing. Leaving his fate to the 6th division and the Sereitei.

The Final Act
The aerial positioning that Hiroka had gave him a perfect view to any shifts in the battle at hand. His strategies in combat rarely relied solely on displays of physical strength. Instead housing a bit more of a calculated approach. Even the decision to strike Hideaki with such force came from a place of ensuring his incapacitation, though it did become a lot more destructive due to the approach the other male had decided to counter. Hiroka's fly had been maintained by the explosive properties of Ikarihime, counteracting the natural effect of gravity with a makeshift jet propulsion. It presented just enough force to allow him to remain on the same plane.
Removing anyone else who tried to make a move against him from the fight was his only objective, though if it had taken too long he'd likely switch to a more direct approach. It was not long that his descending smog had forced out the Ninth's Lieutenant, but unfortunately he had to attend to something else. The gravely wounded shinigami that tried a direct approach against the Burst Prince had made one last desperate action. Hideaki made one last audible command to pull the trigger on another ability from his zanpakuto. Powerful winds were born that teared their way across the battlefield as a result.
Though it posed no threat to himself, the gales seemed like they'd reach beyond the combat zone. Buildings and individuals not subject to the designated space would be ravaged by the advancing winds. Where Hiroka had wasted no time causing damage, he made sure to leave it within vicinity of their clash. Hideaki held no such regard and had resolved to such an unsavory attack.
"This man is truly an idiot..."
The Eleventh's Fourth Seat raised the palm of his hand towards the outer reaches of Shusuke's smoke that were in the direct path of Shinomourin's assault. He would not make an attempt to protect those that continued to fight but instead take action solely against the unnecessary destruction to come. The built up heat from Ikarihime's feast crawled along his arm encasing it fully in an instant. He swiped his arm along the imaginary boundary he wanted to create, throwing the torrid emissions in said path. Once they had met the ground an explosion of a great magnitude erupted upward. It was compressed so that it took the shape of a wall and fortified the blast's might. Hideaki's disorderly discharge would progress no further than it had. Instead it met with a much stronger yet controlled source of power.
Hiroka made sure that his effort did not go on to create further disarray by drawing the flame and smoke into his zanpakuto. Aside from a linear crater it had caused, no further ruin occur. It was then that his perception had gone black. He had been taken to a space that welcomed him with nothing but darkness. Time went by with the concept of how long it had been being taken hostage by the Lieutenant's ability. After a bit of contemplation on what was transpiring, he chose to remain still. Reverting his weapon to its sealed state but returning it not to his sheath, instead his hand. It was evident he was no longer at the same place he was previously but what dangers awaited him were entirely unknown.
However long it may have been, his senses returned to him. It was rather overwhelming initially, primarily the presence of light causing him to squint as his eyes adjusted. His scanning of the environment allowed him to quickly deduct that not long had truly passed given that the battlefield was still in disrepair. Hiroka looked back at Shusuke to receive nothing but a nod. He did not expect some grand introduction, but to just receive that as a gesture felt a bit hollow. Surely there may have been a bit of resentment towards their interruption of the game being played, yet his trailing off was hasty. Something had transpired in the last few moments that likely required his immediate attention.
Retiring his zanpakuto to its sheath, he looked towards comrade with a raised brow.
"Well that was disappointing. I was looking forward to crossing blades with that Lieutenant."
A sigh escaped from the maw of the tan skinned male. He had entered the barracks with no intent to fight but since it had gone there he expect more from it.
"I'm going to go back to our barracks. No point sticking around here."
Hiroka was unsure if Shoumetsu would follow in suit but it did not stop his pathing back to the Eleventh. Taking one visible step forward his figure dispersed through the initiation of his flash step.

The battle between the hound of war and the smoking ghost had only escalated further with both sides clashing and neither diminishing an inch. What would the ending outcome result in once this fight came to a resounding conclusion? This was the first time Shoumetsu encountered somebody with such a unique ability and in return facing the unknown his instincts taken completely over once he entered the trance of Musuo. Lt Shusuke’s first encounter with Shoumetsu, he was about to face an alarming awakening on how far different the two mindsets were locked in this battle; order and chaos. While they were both masterful swordsmen and the same fighting spirit that dwelled in them both of them grew stronger as the battle carried on. Soon one alarming revelation quickly became apparent. As Shusuke Kiyoshi still viewed this fight as an intense fight between comrades, Shoumetsu Takahiro on the other hand no longer held that same notion but while in his trance perceived this no differently than fighting in actual mission; to the death. The different views on what was taking place were about to really start showing, despite having Shoumetsu power still halved by the properties of the weights he wore, by no means he wasn’t any less lethal. He might have made that error of misjudging the speed of Shusuke, his opponent underestimated the raw strength Shoumetsu truly possessed. What the detective failed to take notice of is while everybody used reiatsu to move through the smoke, Shoumetsu relied purely on his natural strength and hasn’t released his reiatsu since the initial shockwave sent out. Where the others chose to activate their Shikai to fight, the battle-hungry beast only enhanced his own fighting prowess with the use of bakudo. As he managed to clash blades with the broken katana to parry the first strike away, although the movements he took happened simultaneously the miscalculation in how fast his opponent moved cost him being impaled in the side of his rib cage. However, because of his rotating movement, he still avoided suffering any vital damage from the attack. Normally for anyone else suffering such a wound, their high-speed movement would have slowed down. In the case of Shoumetsu, the exact opposite had taken place with his trance state and honed battle instincts immediately adapted to the miscalculation surging with intense spiritual energy empowering his actions no differently from somebody flexing their muscles. Instead, his movements become more controlled and faster almost as if the wound awakened something inside of him. Responding solely on instinct and auto-reflexes with no train of thought his body simply reacted finishing the rotation facing directly behind him where Shusuke’s final strike had taken place. The air pressure between the two blades fiercely colliding was enough to create a miniature shockwave with the Lt expecting to have cleaved straight through Shoumetsu zanpakuto and bringing him down to his knees didn’t happen as he foresaw. Their eyes locked on one another now what he saw glaring back at fiercely wasn’t the eyes of a man, but a wild beast filled with bloodlust.
Did he really think Enshojo to be that fragile? This belief his zanpakuto could break so easily only fueled both his and Enshojo’s desire to cut the man before them down. Shoumetsu was not somebody to easily be overpowered, and it was about time he learned that the hard way by having this lesson carved into him. Where he believed Shoumetsu strike to lack any reinforcement to withstand his last strike was far from the truth because of the raw strength he possessed and his unique fighting style. He displayed a mastery of Hakkei to perform minimal actions with unrivaled power in every strike with elegant precision and control. His Iaido technique flowed through the air with perfect precision and power to stop the attack, then immediately turned the power of his opponent against him by transferring all of it into a different path. This was the true core of Chinese Kenpo which his fighting style used as its fundamentals to use one’s opponent on strength against them. This allowed for him to not only take the attack head-on absorbing its full impact which caused the ground to shatter with a rippling force but also managed to redirect it downwards negating a large portion of the power of the attack. Misleading of Shoumetsu appearance his fighting emphasized on reacting to an attack and countering with lethal precision without hesitation. Immediately following up the redirection with an upward slash from the broken katana at extreme speed. The broken blade only managing to leave a hairline cut which was inches away from severely slicing through the Lt face if it wasn’t for his instinct to flee away from Hiroka attack, and Shoumetsu at that moment only focused on cutting Shusuke in half forgetting to consider the broken katana length is shorter then that of his kodachi. Now with Shusuke away from him like a moth to the flame, unfortunately for Hideaki who choose to interfere in Shoumetsu battle made the second biggest mistake. When the wave of heat struck he held steady for the initial wave of it suffering 2nd-degree burns along his upper body while his shihakusho remained unscathed as he sheathed his kodachi in blinding motion just about to attempt to cut down Hiroka who was the next perceived threat at the moment until Hideaki unleashed an attack aimed to take down the two who were battling. Still channeling all the built-up spiritual energy originally meant to kill Lt Shusuke, before switching targets to Hiroka briefly, was now focused entirely on Hideaki. The swift thinking of his comrade had managed to cancel out the last-ditch attack, but it was already too late because in that same instance Shoumetsu who saw anyone attacking him no differently from hollow had executed his attack. Without any hesitation, in his actions, the second Hideaki had fired out his attack his fate was sealed. Concurrently he made his counter attack performing one of his deadly zanjutsu techniques Hitotsume: Nadegiri combined with the power of Hado#78 Zanjerin. Performing a cut so fast there was no telling if he ever unsheathed his zanpakuto with the extreme force of the technique only amplified its power further with the large concentrated energy of the hado that blasted outwards to him slicing clean through the explosion created by Hiroka, and making that the last thing Hideaki witnessed. The blast of energy traveled horizontally leaving a fissure as it carved its way to its target violently slashing through Hideaki in a spray of blood before continuing its path a couple more feet then dispersing. Just like that Hideaki went from critical condition to brink of death with the only things saving him from being killed outright was Shoumetsu not using an incantation for the hado, and he wasn’t fighting at his true power because of the weights he wore.
Before he had the chance to take action on Hiroka being the nearest perceived threat a strange sensation quickly started to overtake him. Placing his shihakusho on how to prevent himself from taking any further damage from the heat, his animalistic mind already began trying to figure out how to break free of what was happening. With his attempts ending up futile, he got sealed away inside of Lt Shusuke zanpakuto and eventually snapped himself out of his trance. Not knowing how much time passed or how long they would be contained he used this time to practice the power of his sword techniques, and burn into his mind the reiatsu signature of Shusuke Kiyoshi. Finding a worthy training partner Shoumetsu would act as a blood hunt not giving up seeking out his reiatsu anytime he wished to train within the Lt smoke cage until he got what he desired. Whilst, for others, the fight might have ended the bloodlust in this beast wasn’t quenched just yet and expected to pick up the fight the moment he got released. When the time came for the Lt to free them from the smokey prison Shoumetsu took the time to readjust to his familiar surroundings more agitated than he was before when Shusuke had just walked away leaving their fight unfinished. The fate of Hideaki dying from his wounds if the 4th division took no immediate action or how badly injured Sora was no longer concerned him at this moment in time pissed off that the Lt in his eyes fled from the fight for other tasks. There were two things he hated the most unfinished fights, and people interrupting his fight before it could finish. Seeing how Hiroka decided he got bored of the lackluster conclusion of how this spar concluded, he stayed back for a little bit when a new challenger happened to approach. A wide grin swept his face fueled by the need to continue fighting and annoyance from going to be stuck in a place void of light, to some random person demanding answers emitting a bright light. Pointing his kodachi directly toward her he cracked his neck paying little to no attention to the wounds he suffered already looking to fight somebody new.
” Who the fuck are you?! Are you wishing to be my new challenger?!”
