It felt like another regular day, within the quiet halls of the lower levels of Xaltation… but his restaurant was the busiest one on the block. It felt good doing what he loved most again, and he had Stephania to thank for it. His mechanical hand Mikoto made him was extra busy today, what with preparing meals for everyone. Perhaps Stephiana, Hansha, Sukoshi, or that adorable little girl Yayoi, will show up and get their meals for the day? It was good to get a bonus meal from Tsukune in case something happened, before one ran off. Well, even if they didn't he could manipulate the souls of the food already in their body if any and give them the most out of it.
Today's meals are being prepared, and the chef can't help but think and wonder if anyone would come to see him…since being separated from his childhood friend and lover, not that he remembers them, but he had been feeling… very lonely. If Stephiana wanted him to make friends only among his own kind he would try, but the only person he remembered was Sukoshi, the back-pack kid that ran off after the Togabito incident.
For Stephiana he prepares her favorite jicama with Lime, salt, and Chili powder, with a Coffee mug and… well looks like he set his popular blend out in a Coffee maker pitcher for her in case she wanted more than one cup.
Hansha gets his usual fat-free Cheesecake, with his choice of fried chicken tenders or burgers with Sukoshi, who's burgers were stuffed with delicious spices and delectable blue cheese, just oozing from the Burgers.
Adorable Yayoi… well she has a cup of Coffee, Two sticks of Mochi, and a hand tossed Pizza all to herself. Tsukune kept his "friends" well-fed with an assortment of many other foods to choose from if they wanted something else.

“Goooooood morning Naruki City! It’s a beautiful day here on flight 88, sun’sa shining and the skies are clear. Well…

9489b51013c4597e13ecb988407ce17a.png

...Except for Me.

High above the skies of the Silver City flies a craft hitherto unseen by the likes of the souls below. An experimental jet-plane, whose unique shape and trail of blue flame causes it to appear like an arrow streaking across the sky. Designed by the Quincy-minds of Eto Heavy Industries, this jet, known as an S-88, is capable of reaching Mach 20, faster-than-light speed. Currently however, it soars through the air at the steady speed of sound, maneuvering like a sparrow through the sky.

Piloting this aircraft is an eager young man known as Justin Taimu, a twenty four year old former Captain of the Japanese Airforce. Known for shattering the World Speed Record on three separate occasions, Justin’s piloting ability is without equal. This skill is why he was sought after by E.H.I., who allows the pilot a certain level of leeway when it comes to his maneuvering. Justin’s job is to push the limits of this aircraft’s ability, putting every aspect of the vehicle's construction under rigorous testing through practical flight exercises. Much to the behest of the research team monitoring him.

“Zz-Let’s just try and take it easy this time, ok?-zZ”

Spiralling through the air in a series of rolls, Justin smiles as he pushes his controlstick forward, accelerating the Reishi-fueled engines of the craft and causing it to disappear from sight. The arrow in the skies appears to cut through the heavens, as a streak of blue fire propels the craft through one of the scarce clouds that lingers in the sky. As though coming to an immediate stop, the aircraft suddenly reappears in the sky, a small dot compared to what it once was. Reducing his speed, Justin steadies the craft, coming to a stable speed of flight as he looks down to the city below him.

From up here, Naruki looked so small. On the ground, the massive skyscrapers can block the sky, causing one to feel small as the city imposes upon them. It is easy to feel trapped within the concrete jungle, helpless even. As the aircraft soars on in a steady line, Justin looks upon the Silver City and loses himself in thought. Ten years ago Naruki was flooded by a tsunami. Reports say that a dam outside the city broke, and the release of water was so sudden that no one had time to evacuate. The damage apparently spread all the way to Karakura town, which received the tail end of the wave. Justin however never got to see such destruction, as he had been rendered unconscious by a gas leak explosion, the same explosion which took his mother’s life. Perhaps the two were related, maybe some earthquake caused the explosion and the dam to break. Regardless, the events of ten years ago were only memories compared to the city today. Completely rebuilt, it shines a glamorous silver and blue as it reflects the rays of the sun. The city was a monument to perseverance, and Justin has the best view in the house.

Snapping out of his reflective train of thought, Justin sees a small black cloud begin to form. Peculiar for the weather this day, he decides to arc his flightpath, and veer closer to the obstruction.

“What the…”

45fc4e99af823fe61b0edabb21bc09e3.gif

What he sees is the small cloud of black expand horizontally, before tearing open as though ripping the sky itself. Wide-eyed, Justin cannot believe what he is seeing. Shooting past the black obtrusion, Justin curves the flightpath of the S-88, pulling a 180 to once again fly by and observe this peculiarity. What he sees from the safety of his cockpit is enough to cause him to question the very nature of his existence.

“Uh, Control, I might have spoken too soon..”

1d22410fb04b4700776127c546bd3c97.png

A massive creature bursts forth from the black abyss. Obsidian skin stretches over leathery wings which unfurl and flap. Adorned in a mask of bone, its massive body dwarfs the S-88 in size, It closes the gap between itself and the aircraft with a single movement of its wings, growing larger as it flies towards Justin at supersonic speeds. Justin in turn braces himself for impact, but is shocked to see the creature fly past the aircraft, and instead focus on the city behind it.

“I think its a…creature of some sort? A bat maybe?”

“Zz-We’re not seeing anything on your instruments-zZ”

“I can see it with my own eyes! It’s flying towards the City! It’s head looks like a skull or something…”

A few moments pass without response from control. A suspiciously long silence, given their usually tight monitoring of Justin’s exercises. He kicks up the speed, trailing behind the creature from a safe distance above. He can hardly believe what he’s seeing. All he can pay attention to is how the beast seems to be focused directly on the city. It certainly didn’t look friendly, in fact, it looks like a predator on the trail of some prey.

“Zz-You are clear to engage-zZ”

This response nearly snaps Justin out of his shock. Until now he had only ever been granted permission to execute aerial maneuvers, any weapons testing within city limits would be absolutely unheard of.

“Are you crazy?! I just said its flying towards the city! I think it’s drawn to the heaviest population!”

What the heal was this thing? It had come out for some strange black disk in the sky, and it didn’t look like anything Justin had ever seen before. Why was it invisible to his radar? Eto Heavy Industries had some of the top surveillance technology in the world. It has to be from another planet, some sort of Alien creature seeking to abduct or consume human beings. If that’s the case though, wouldn’t E.H.I. want to capture and study this thing?

“Zz-You are ordered to engage-zZ”

The cannons of the S88 automatically activate, locking onto the creature that flies before him. However, the line of fire also points these Quincy-weapons directly at a massive skyscraper. Not only would a blast from these weapons destroy the creature, but would likely carve through the building and even into the streets below. Was Control out of their minds?! The second the canons lock on, the screen within Justin’s cockpit turns green, signalling the activation of the energy weapon. However, the moment the begin to fire, Justin yanks back on his controls, jeering the jet backwards and pointing the laser skyward. It fires into the air like a bolt of concentrated lightning, pushing aside what little clouds remain in the sky from the force of its blast. However, it is directed harmlessly into space, saving the people of Kimura Tower.

Sharing the Sky

Screw that!”

eb676275e68dae9476239a4069e36731.png

Flipping off his Communications, Justin focuses on the creature now above and in front of him. There is no doubt he could catch up to it, but without being able to fire his weapons there isn’t much he could do to save the people in the tower from the incoming monster. He was going to have to get creative. Kicking once again into overdrive, the S-88 fighter jet bursts with blue energy, streaking through the sky once again as it spews blue fire. It soars below the creature, following it as it arrives a mere twenty feet from the tower. Then, just before the two come crashing into the delicate glass of the tower’s side, Justin pulls his controlstick all the way back. The S-88 immediately enacts a 90 degree upwards turn, the g-force being displaced throughout the craft's body and out the back of its boosters.

“Die you Alien Bastard!”

ecb74fc47d4107224e895df611b692b7.png

The S-88 shoots upwards into the creature’s underbelly like an arrow, carrying it up and into the sky. As the great spear pierces the mighty dragon, the two fly upwards along the side of the building. The proximity to the Jet’s engines causes the glass to shatter, but nothing further, until the two are harmlessly in the sky above Naruki City.

Annoyed but otherwise unharmed, the massive creature flaps its wings once again, creating a gust of wind so powerful that it launches the S-88 into a stalling spiral. Free falling through the air, all controls are rendered dead, with Justin helpless inside. Unable to correct his descent, he watches through a spiralling window as the creature descends upon him. Like a bat snatching an insect out of the air, the creature’s massive talons grab hold onto the aircraft.

KRRRRCCCKT

The sound of bending steel thunders throughout the cockpit, as the monster’s grip tightens around the jet. The armor of the outer shell is incapable of resisting the strength of the monster, and collapses inward within itself. At this point, Justin is fighting for his life attempting to reach the ejection button on the right side of his seat. However, upon locating it, he sees that this too has been bent out of proportion, pinned beneath folded metal that crushes inward upon Justin’s chair. The glass of the cockpit begins to crack, before exploding into fragments, raining splinters down into the city below. The rushing of air deafens Justin from the screams of rage that the Hollow emits. Justin however does not release a scream of terror in response. He knows that his fate is either to be eaten by this creature, or to meet the ground in a most violent way.

Shining in the Sky

In his last moment of life, he thinks of his mother. As time seems to slow around him, he looks at the watch upon his wrist. Frozen in place upon the watchface is the exact time in which his mother died. He was just a child, exiting his favorite ice cream shop. His mother had driven him all the way to Karakura just to get this special icecream. When they exited the shop, Justin was so focused on his frozen treat, that he began to lag behind his mother. She turned to tell him to catch up, and in that moment she was gone. Justin’s mother was the victim of a gas leak explosion. If he had only been a little faster, he might have been able to save her, or maybe…he too would have been engulfed in flame.

This is Justin’s last thought, to save another life, and to die as his mother did.

His final thought before he closes his eyes and activates the aircraft’s self-destruction program.

fb3eb566f6019b62b48ebf0fb4139333.jpg

A fireball explodes above the skies of Naruki City. The experimental aircraft, one of its kind, is completely obliterated, as is the creature that crushed it within its grasp. Though curious onlookers would see the spectacle above, they would go on only to hear that it was a failed test flight. The souls below would never know the sacrifice made to save their lives from such a vicious and inhuman creature. Well…

Except for One.

Hero
86c272ed0e0078dee10a435af96bd875.png

“I’m Alive?! I can’t believe it!”

Standing in mid-air is a figure, a man, a hero, an icon, clad in a white bone-like armor. The crimson cloak that dons his daring shoulders billows in the breeze, his glaring globes glowing a gleaming and glittering gold.

“I am really ok…HA! Better than Ok! I am FANTASTIC! AMAZING! INCREDIBLE!”

Justin Taimu had died within that explosion, but like a phoenix, he arose again, now as an entity called the Watchman. What Justin did not know was that the Alien he believed he faced was in truth a being known as a Hollow. Not only this, but this experience was not his first encounter with such a creature. Ten Years prior, unbeknownst to a young Justin Taimu, Shinigami fought above him and his mother to procure a Hollow not unlike this one. In this situation however, it was the Hollow who was caught within a superior predator’s grasp, and it was the Hollow who, in an act of desperation, chose to self-destruct. What Justin just experienced was the inverse of his first ever hollow encounter. Exposed to such a potent source of Hollow Energy once again, and brought once again so closely to the brink of death, Justin had unlocked the power known as Fullbring.

“GAHAHAHAHA! FEAR NOT CITIZENS OF NARUKI CITY! I WILL PROTECT YOU!

Watchman shouts to an empty sky, his promise anything but. As a byproduct of his Clad-type fullbring, Justin’s adrenaline, excitement, passion, and bravery, among a list of other stereotypically positive traits, are all enhanced exponentially. This causes Justin’s personality to shift dramatically, the once cool Ace-Pilot becoming an almost boisterously brave pillar of positivity. The full effects of this fullbring, and even the nature of these abilities, are in this moment a mystery to Watchman, whose current guesstimation is that his defeat of the alien creature had granted him its unearthly and inhuman powers. Further, the clad type Fullbring that encases Justin is not even the limit of his newfound superpowers. Before Watchman floats an obsidian spear, its design reminiscent of a clock hand. Curious, he reaches out to grasp the manifested weapon, and the moment his hand touches the cool black metal…

“What’s-

He Disappears.

-this?”

Watchman, spear in hand, is in the sky one moment, and deep within Naruki city the next. He finds himself ten feet off the ground, the tip of his spear pointed downwards, one inch from the cranium of another monster. This creature appears similar to the one Justin just encountered. Though it appears more humanoid, its skull is encased within a similar white-bone like mask, revealing the creature as the Alien that it is.

22044628d0e2601523bc167012983c29.png

A massive hulking monstrosity, Justin would normally panic upon seeing it. However, in this instance, though he is utterly surprised by his change in location, he feels no fear in the face of such a terrifying monster. In fact, he is so calm that time begins to slow down, not unlike what he had experienced within his jet. Taking advantage of this, the off guard Watchman takes in his surroundings. Before the mighty hollow he sees a screaming woman, looking up at the monster with helpless horror.

Seeing the woman in such a state, Justin is reminded of his mother. Reminded of how he was too slow then to save her. Now, it would seem, he had been granted a chance to do something different.

To do good.

Without hesitation, Watchman plunges the obsidian spear straight into the Hollow’s skull, penetrating its mask like a knife through butter. The large blade of the black spear buries itself into the beast’s brain. Drool drips from its mouth, unable to process what had just happened, before it drops dead. Watchman, in turn, goes to check on the woman, yet the moment he goes to move, he once again…

“Are you alright-

Disappears.

“-Ma’am?”

Watchman now finds himself within a darkened alleyway. Once again he is taken off guard. He had not moved, or at least it didn’t feel like he had done anything. Instead, the sensation was as though the world changed around him. One moment he is somewhere, and the next his surroundings are entirely different. There appears to be no inbetween, the transitions from one location to the next happening instantaneously. His perception disoriented, it once again takes Watchman a moment to take in his new location. Luckily, it would seem that time has once again slowed, his senses having improved to a new level of distortion. Though he cannot move, this freezing of time allows Watchman to once again assess the context of the situation he finds himself in.

Behind him is a terrified group of children, huddled together with their backs pressed against the wall. Watchman stands as the only thing between them and yet another horrific creature. Not as large as the last one in terms of bulk, it did appear to match the thing’s imposing height. Where the last one was a powerhouse of muscle, this one is far more lanky. Its head is once again confined within a bone mask, and its hands are covered in razor sharp blades.

3fbb72362a9320e15bba2ceaddcf20a1.png

It is more than obvious this moral-less monster means to mince these meager minors. Just as before, Justin is reminded of his incident as a child. Whereas before he had pictured saving his mother, these children now reminded him of himself. Stabbing the spear into the softened sternum of the scourge standing before him serves as a sense of satisfaction. It is as if by saving these children from the horror of the hollow, Justin was saving his own helpless childhood self.

The spear plunges through the creature’s chest and out the otherside, showering Watchman in a rain of blood. Yet the mighty blow that he delivers does not do its duty, and fails in killing the creature right away. Within its death throes, the monster claws at Watchman, its blades bouncing harmlessly off of his white armor, causing sparks to fly in the air. Kicking into the creature with one of his legs, Justin pushes the monster off of his spear. The barbs of the Spearhead carve through the Hollow on their way out, tripling the damage dealt within its chest cavity, and causing it to drop dead. In turn, Watchman releases his spear with a thrust of his arm, launching it into the corpse like a shovel into dirt.

Watchman turns to the Children, as the blood on his armor begins to fade from existence, disappearing as though it were never splattered in the first place. Appearing brand new once again, he would seem much friendlier to the terrified children.

“A-are you a superhero sir?”

One of them manages to meagerly ask. To this, Watchman lets out a hardy laugh, before grasping the kid on the shoulder.

“That’s right Kiddo! You have nothing to fear! I am watching over you!

Reassuring them in this way, Watchman walks over to the deceased alien, placing one foot upon its corpse like a conquering champion.

“Now, move along to someplace safe, don’t go playing in dark alleys!”

He says before he once again grasps his spear…

“Yes Sir!”

and Disappears.

4b41cb6428a80a17f24ec7d67d30937e.png

So it continued for another two hours. Watchman teleporting around the city, arriving in exactly the right place, at exactly the right time, just when he is needed. Saving countless lives this day, the sensors of the Gotei Thirteen, as well as the senses of the Godking known as Maximiliano, would quickly realize that the traces of Hollows within Naruki were disappearing one by one at rapid speeds, incapable of keeping up with their rate of disappearance. The end result within two hours would be utterly unfathomable. For the first time in recent memory, Naruki City would be completely free of any Hollow activity. An unknown variable, a randomly created fullbringer had single handedly reversed the rise in Hollowification within this Human District, restoring the balance for the first time since the Togabito incident. The rising threat in Hollows that loomed above the souls of Naruki was no more. Well…

…Except for one.

Imposter Syndrome

“So, mind showing me around town, Señorita Stephania?”
5e4a1f42f8322a7173c939e485054219.png

Maximiliano Zacarías, the Godking himself, taking human form, would finish his introduction to the Fullbringer Mistress, Stephania Shingetsu, when he would hear a sudden:

“W-

Before him, for only a fraction of a moment, Max would see a blur. To him, the instance might seem like a hallucination, a trick of the light. However, for that split second, he would see a white-figure, while Stephania would see only black.

Within that single instant, Watchman had appeared between the two, His obsidian spear pointed one inch from Stephania’s left eye. Yet, the second either of them with their incredibly enhanced senses, were able to perceive Watchman, he disappeared. The moment Max was able to process Watchman, the Hero’s position in this timeline was no longer at his most favorable odds. As such, what Max perceives to occur a few feet in front of him, is now replaced with a flash of black.

-o-

Watchman had been transported the moment he was perceived, the moment Stephania might have defended herself, or Max might have registered a threat. Instead, it was no more favorable a position for Watchman to take advantage of the disorientation his sudden appearance may have caused. His spear now points one inch from Max’s eye, rather than Stephania’s. Yet, just as this too becomes registered by Max, the mysterious figure once again disappears.

-a-

This time the brief sound comes from behind Max. The obsidian spear manifests one inch from the God King’s third vertebrae. Normally, with such astute senses that a God King might possess, Max would be able to sense the threat from behind and perhaps exert Reiatsu or otherwise turn to apprehend the assailant. This time however, the moment Max might notice the threat to deflect or destroy, it will instead disappear.

-h!”

This time, Watchman is in the passenger seat of Stephania’s car. Her head, still turned to face the Godking out her window, is utterly exposed to the tip of the blackened Armament Spear. The weapon resides one inch from the back of her cranium, exactly within a regular human’s blindspot. It is not until the sound echoes throughout the car that Stephania might have been able to register the stranger’s new location, and yet by this time, he would already be gone.

Missed Opportunities

Having lost the element of surprise, the odds of Watchman defeating either of the Race Leader’s was cataclysmically low in this exact moment in time. As such, the greatest position the spear could take, would be to disengage. However, simply removing Watchman from the threat would not serve well enough in Justin’s long term timeline. It is important for Watchman, if not to slay these creatures, as he has chosen not to in this timeline, to at least instead observe both of their faces. Therefore, the hero now manifests a safe twenty feet from the pair of peerless powerhouses within his proximity, primed for peril, as perplexed as they possibly perhaps were.

“Forgive me citizens! I hope I did not startle you. Please, have a nice day!”

He would say, once again disappearing before either of them could respond. A peculiar encounter, which raised far more questions than answers. Besides its brevity, this fateful and fearsome encounter would encase the trio on a trail of destiny’s true direction. Frighteningly, these fearsome foes were fated to fight in a final face off within their foretold futures.

"Ah, the pleasure is mine. I am Maximiliano. This is... quite the welcome."
The woman's face seems to light up brightly as she looks up at the man from the driver's side of her vehicle, offering him a seat. The man's accent a clear indicator he would undoubtedly understand her native tongue. Perhaps for the first time in ages, the two may converse in their language as they discuss business. What a delight! She urges him in as the crowd that once surrounded him now begins to circle around her car as well, snapping more and more images and videos, posting them on social media. Surely, becoming the envy of the competition.
Though as they exchange pleasantries, off in different parts of the city, one by one, each presence that plagues the world of the living in search of sustenance begins to disappear. Causing the many to become the few, until they become the one. Despite noting these changes, her demeaner remains unchanged, keeping the façade as if she knows nothing of these otherworldly entities. Though underneath her excitement, rage begins to bubble silently. The months of incessant work and preparation becoming undone in a mere instance by a wildcard she has yet to encounter face to face. That is until...
"So, mind showing me around town, Señorita Stephania?"
"Not at all! Do you have anything in particular you'd like to se-"
"W-"
The woman is taken aback by the sight of a black object dangerously close to her cornea. This is different from the black shadows that engulfs her when transported throughout the city by Hansha. She is familiar to the embrace of darkness. No, this is metallic, polished that it glistens underneath the rays of sunlight, it is sharp, and aimed directly at her. There is no hesitation at all whatsoever as, with a single thought, the overcoat that envelops left arm instantly unravels, exploding inside the vehicle. The threads spread like a spider's web, millions of them so thin, they blend with the surrounding environment, taking a highly proficient master of sensing to detect their whereabouts. She wastes no time asking questions, not when she is suddenly attacked in public. Yet before the threads can entangle the weapon aimed at her, it is gone.
"o-"
Now she digests who she's seen and what she to witnesses, assessing the length of the spear, his arms in relation to where they held the the shaft of the weapon, the width of his shoulders, even his height. While the details of his appearance elude her due to his armor, she has enough to begin a search, narrowing her search pool to males in a margin of six feet to six feet-three inches. The only variable to her evaluation is the attacker's shoes, which she cannot see from the inside of her car, as he stands between she and Maximiliano, only this time, his back to is her.
"a-"
After vanishing from sight in the following instant, Watchman appears behind Maximiliano, his red cape billowing heroically in the wind. This gives his exact location to The Seamstress and the strings extend beyond the inside the luxury car soon after. They go around the guest, aiming to ensnare the intruder. But the assailant is fast. Too fast. Impossible for this to be bringer light, there is no tell of the ability being used. This is a different ability altogether. It is here, the woman's face begins to turn serious as she goes down the list possibilities. The signature spiritual energy possessed by this man is akin to hollow energy, no Quincy or Shinigami could lay claim to such a distinct signature.
"h!-"
But again, as soon as he appears, he vanishes yet again, this time he appears behind her, outsider her field of vision. Although she cannot immediately see the assailant, she can still feel his presence. Like an insect landing on a spider's web, the woman is able to discern every single vibration, no matter how minute. Each disturbed string helps her perceive any and all movements, no matter how minute. Every twitch, shuffle, and shift. From the rising of his chest as he takes a breath, to the tightening grip of his gloved hands on the powered spear.
"Forgive me citizens! I hope I did not startle you. Please, have a nice day!"
And as unexpectedly as Watchman appeared, he vanishes for good from the area the two reside. She did not expect such an encounter, and seated in her car, she was at a disadvantage. His movements did not seem as though he traveled faster than they could see, more so as if he suddenly appeared at the wrong place, at the wrong time. Or perhaps the right place, right time. Was it some sort of teleportation ability? No doubt a fullbringer. Her eyes narrow briefly as more questions arise. Perhaps he is the reason for the hollow cleanse throughout the entirety of the city. It would explain the rapid disappearance of each signature she blissfully ignored. After all, the majority of hollows in Naruki specifically targeted women that wore a particular fragrance named Akaahen, crafted in the underground laboratories of her Altation tower. Made to lure hollows to women rather than men. While there is always stragglers more inclined to attack those of their preference, everything was going perfectly, until he appeared.
11d05069dbf53c2d54e4ac983e9d1c91.png

*TCH*
Her seething rage is apparent as she clicks her teeth. Finally, with reprieve from the surprise attack, she gathers herself, falling back into her expertly crafted role before the people notice her uncharacteristic change in demeanor. The door opens upward and the woman steps out of the car. Stephania walks past Maximiliano, her expression that of worry, mixed with fear and anxiousness as she nears the humans, while her spiritual pressure flares over the witnesses to the assault. The humans become stunned by the woman's reiatsu, causing several of them to fumble their cellphones.
"Please, e-everyone, as you can see here, we were so brazenly attacked by an unknown, masked assailant. I do not know if this was a ploy by a competing company, or something far more nefarious. I admit I-I am quite shaken up myself, but I cannot allow this to go unpunished for fear of my life. If you were able to capture images or video of this man please send them to my company so I can compile them and file a report with the proper authorities."
A lie so easily believed by the people that witnessed the armored man point a deadly weapon at two unarmed "humans". Stephania shakily clasps the hands of the people as she thanks each and every one of them, holding them tightly, further cementing her "fear" due to the unprovoked attack she just suffered. While she has no real intention of filing a police report, the recordings will provide priceless information she was unable to gather within those few seconds of interaction. She provided the star-struck fans with a wry smile, as if trying to put on a brave face after suffering a frightening attack, then returns to her vehicle.
"While I was eager to show you around town, Señor Maximiliano, I'm afraid I will have to return to my office. I would be honored if you joined me, this was we can privately discuss why this unknown man also pointed his spear at you."
She glances up at the towering man, sliding back into her seat. The Fashionista waits for the doors to close before driving off and leaving the crowd of people behind until they are a shrinking speck on the rearview mirror. Her hands tightly grip the steering wheel as she replays the encounter in her mind, the threads in the car slowly retreating and reweaving themselves back in place around her shoulder. She did not intend to display her powers, much less before a stranger, but who exactly was this man she has come to encounter. Was this a fated encounter? If so, why? What sort of powers does this man posses. The pitiful expression of fear on her face long since disappeared, after all, the man had surely already seen her previous expression, there is no need in keeping the victim façade before him.
Her attention is once again grasped by something else, a sudden influx of hollows into the city. Is this due to the same man they encountered? Did the hollows deduce he was the reason for the premature death of every hollow in Naruki? Do they seek revenge? Or something else? It couldn't be the perfume, it was not strong enough to lure them from Hueco Mundo, only entice those already present in the world of the living. All the same, throughout Naruki and Karakura, the newest horde of hollows is beckoned by the bait, causing another surge of attacks all throughout. She bites her lip, wondering if this new wave will suffer the same fate as the previous one.
Within minutes, she is back at the front entrance of the skyscraper, and doesn't bother to remove the keys from the ignition, leaving it for the valet to store back in it's rightful place. She remains silent as she ascends to her office, forgoing a stop at the food court as her mind is riddled with questions and topics she not dare speak outside the privacy of her soundproof office.
"A moment please."
She gestures towards a small waiting area outside of the large doors to her office as she disappears behind them, locking them. She proceeds further in, towards her own quarters. It is here where the woman's ire lashes out unrestrained, violently knocking the objects from her dresser, throwing cups and perfumes throughout the room, shattering them to millions of pieces, along with the mirrors throughout her room. Even furniture is not safe from the woman's tantrum as she viciously throws a a chair against the reinforced glass of the building. And while the sounds of her wanton destruction remain trapped within the confines of her quarters and office, the trembling of the building under the strain of the woman's reiatsu is not. Though the inhabitants of the building simply follow earthquake protocols, those attuned to the spiritual ways are able to discern the reality behind the creaking and straining of the building.
Finally, she gathers herself, restoring her appearance to its pristine condition before reentering her office, sealing off her private room. The double doors open slowly, finally allowing visitors to enter.

This trip to the world of the living has proven to be quite enjoyable from the people to the things happening around him. Three curious things happen while he is here, the first is the sudden vanishing of Hollow’s, all of them dropping off the face of the Earth one after the other. These Hollow’s are not under his command, they are wild and doing as they please, keeping up the status quo to be precise. This is aodd circumstance to be sure, but what happens next is even stranger than that and makes the mind of the God King go alight with suspicion. For a moment there is a blur before him, a white blur that would almost make him want to rub his eyes assuming something got in them.
W-
The next instance was a flash of black, had something gotten in his eye? Could this be a defect of the Gigai, random flashes of black and white smudges that randomly appear in the eyes?
-o-
A sound registers behind Max now, his ears picking up on something although it is quick. Whatever it is it cannot be human, a normal one at least, moving at these speeds. Having been relaxed this entire time his mind slowly starts to shift towards violence, however, during this shift the strange events continue to occur around him.
-a-
Then he spots it, something, or rather someone, sitting in the passenger seat of Stephania’s car, given the angle he can only make out the fact they are clad in white before they or it is gone again.
-h!
Twenty feet away the entity appears in his full unblurry form. Max turns his head to take a look at him, the obsidian spear, the white clothing. A Quincy perhaps? Was he threatening Max just now with those high speed dazzling moves? Does he know who Max really is and if so does he not understand that the God King could level this entire city with Reiatsu alone? No, given what he says next it is plain to see that this man has no clue what is going on.
“Forgive me citizens! I hope I did not startle you. Please, have a nice day!”
Then he was gone as quick as he appeared. The look on Maximiliano’s face was neutral with a slight twinge of annoyance creeping in. He settles down as to not to blow his cover then begins rubbing his chin curiously, was this the man who slayed all those Hollow, furthermore, the brief moment he was speaking to them his Reiatsu didn’t feel like a Quincy, another Fullbringer? While trying to figure this out a new Reiatsu washes over the area, this time radiating from the woman who introduced herself as Stephania. Max now turns and raises an eyebrow at her. This is a strange day indeed, meeting not one but two Fullbringers.
This woman is clearly lying, given the Reiatsu he is sensing there is no way she was that shaken up by what happened. He almost wanted to laugh at her act but kept his composure, these antics pale in comparison to Marcos’ whom he could not keep his composure around. She deals with the other humans before returning to her car, which he finally enters, awkwardly given his height and how low to the ground the car is. Once inside she speaks to him yet again,
"While I was eager to show you around town, Señor Maximiliano, I'm afraid I will have to return to my office. I would be honored if you joined me, this way we can privately discuss why this unknown man also pointed his spear at you."
He nods silently and relaxes in the vehicle as they take off. The way humans travel is so slow compared to Sonido, although it gives Max ample time to sort out his thoughts on what was going on, but before he could even start doing that his eyes catch the sight of red string flowing and moving around her shoulder, Max makes no comment on this btu does take note of it. A new scent suddenly hits his nose. He turns his head to not make it obvious but what he is smelling is spiritual, something that is most assuredly bait in every sense of the word. It is alluring and if he had the mind of a beast he would surely flock towards it as his fellow kin were currently doing. Hollow bait, only used by Quincy scum, why are they doing this now out of all times? Max’s guard is now at an all time high, too many oddities are taking place one after the other. A pack of flying Hollow’s sense Stephania’s Reiatsu and hone in on what they think will be a filling meal. As they near the vehicle they sense something else as well, something that feels like a Fullbringer’s Reiatsu yet familiar. The only thing they can picture is their God-King, the closer they got to the car the more this theory began to feel true. Not wanting to risk it, the pack breaks off and scatters throughout the city in a panic.
The duo arrive at the entrance to what Max assumes to be her home base. He takes a glance upward to marvel at the size of the skyscraper only to wonder why it is so small. Accustomed to the size of Las Noches, this place barely qualifies as an Espada palace. They ascend to her office in relative silence, the mood of this woman tells him that something isn’t going right for her, furthermore, it seems like she has no idea what is happening either. This is good, it can work in his favor. He had originally come here to scout out the Quincy by taking the long way to Karakura but he may just do something else more exciting instead.
"A moment please."
She motions towards a waiting area to which Max nods and takes a seat in said area while she vanishes behind some large doors. Max looks around the room, thinking that it is quite cramped and small. To most humans this would be a rather lavish waiting room, spacious too, but for a being who roams the infinite expanses of Hueco Mundo this place feels like a prison cell. During his wait the building began to tremble, everyone seemed to be panicking, going through some sort of procedure for such an event, had Stephania trained these humans to shelter themselves when she had an outburst of Reiatsu? In time it is over and the red headed woman emerges as if her outburst of Reiatsu never happened. Max stands to his feet and enters the office as she motions for her visitors to enter. His new idea was now about to be put into motion.
”Stephania, tell me, what do you happen to know about Hollows? Given our nature we have obviously come into contact with them before in our time, if not for them attacking our mothers we wouldn’t exist. However, would you ever, let's say, ponder the thought of working with such creatures?”
If Stephania didn’t suspect him before she should now, at least suspect the fact that he is a Fullbringer given how he was speaking. Just what was Max trying to accomplish here in the world of the living?

He was on the move, having to make multiple visits to various locations to oversee the progress of his latest innovations, and the other projects that his company and Stephania’s had a partnership in. His first initial stop was a R/D facility on the outskirts of Naruki, in a way, he wished he could have flown there but he held a code of honor to never reveal the full extent of his spiritual prowess unless he was in disguise. Outside of his direct employees and all other associates, as far as the public was concerned, Han’ei Namari was just a decorated soldier turned successful businessman. Upon his entrance into the building he was greeted by the head of the department and was immediately given a demonstration of both the final design of the headset and the Chikara Kaihō (力 解放, Lit. Energy Releaser Bomb). A smaller armament weapon that will be given to the members of Xaltation as introductory gifts. The function was to either overtly or covertly expel one's reiryoku into the device, effectively storing it for later use. It would then expel that stored power into a steady stream of energy. He was given three, and he gave two to the bodyguard without the glasses as he quickly snuck them into his inner jacket pocket.
Carrying on with the tour, he listened in on the financial reports all while taking great care in personally seeing the potential of the headset. He was very pleased with the results as it was everything it was meant to be. Admittedly, he was really embarrassing the scientist because he already knew the fiscal situation off the top of his head, with his recent close collaboration with Stephania Brand, both companies were making a plus five-hundred margin on all products sold and distributed which was phenomenal for both businesses. After doing his initial rounds he would then take his leave with his men and new equipment, slowly making use of its primary functions as it sat among his person. Upon his exit from the building, his equilibrium was struck with a familiar fright, fear would normally wash over the faces of those who were aware of the origins of the presence he sensed nearby, but he has had enough experience to completely forgo any semblance of such a concept. Quickly followed by a shrieking wail from parts unknown as its presence grew closer and closer to his position, he quickly shot a look to one of his guards and he without haste made a move to the vehicle's trunk and opened a hidden compartment under the floor of the rear, withdrawing a large circular bag and a similar in look but longer in shape duffle bag along with a large torso harness. By Han's estimation, they had seconds before the Garganta would open, he stood a certain way, facing away from his employees as the other two stood to his left and right covering what would be considered his blindspots. The guard collecting the equipment quickly made it back to his chief and unveiled the tool within the circular bag, a shield. Matching the bag in its shape, and nearly color, it seemed relatively ordinary. It wasn't.
Quickly fastening the brown belt to his forearm and slipping on the harness, he then would swipe the other duffle bag from the guard and soon revealed what lay within it as well. A military grade experimental rifle-shotgun made to the specific modifications of Han'ei Namari. With almost no time to spare, a Garganta opened above them and just before the building. Letting out the same wail they had heard moments prior, confirmed his suspicions. Taking quick aim to the ugly beast, he soon let loose a barrage of eerily accurate shots placed on the abdomen, head and shoulders. Barely slowing down the bloodlust of his adversary he had no choice but to use his real weapon. Swinging his rifle along a belt attached to his torso, he then bore his shield directly in front of him and began running full speed. While running, he not only covered himself in a body tight shield around himself, but his Legs became so blinding at the rate he was full-bringing the ground to stretch his steps further and cover more ground. Upon reaching less than a meter distance from the hollow, he leaped into the air and rammed the shield directly into the alabaster mask of the creature who seemed to wreak havoc on his property. Black liquid exploding from where his face once was upon impact, almost drenching his body if he hadn't raised a shield before charging in "head-first".
Like a cat, he landed on his feet with grace upon the Hollows expulsion from the world he inhabited. Turning back to his men, they had already been back at work inside of the vehicle acquiring the answers that they would soon be asked by their employer. One was at work on a built-in laptop within the vehicle, another was on the phone making calls and the third was waiting patiently on Han to return any of the tools he had used back into the compartment. Shaking his head, he only returned the gun to him but hung onto the shield. Soon after, the man on the phone had finished his call and returned to deliver the details to Han, getting straight to the point and using no filling words, he informs Han with a blank stare and a tone to match.
"Sir, we have Hollow appearances from across the city. Garaganta's opening up and releasing the deathly creatures. The cause for the time being is unknown. Is there a way in which you would like to proceed?"
Speaking quick enough for Han to mentally analyze what he had just heard and how he would like to move forward, he responded back nearly instantly with a plan of action for the safety of Naruki and its inhabitants.
"Dispatch the boys, get them downtown to disperse the Hollow threats as they appear. Do so until they drop, then send another squadron. The main focus is containment and protection of the civilians, not a single casualty. Acquire the remains if any for experimentation and research as always with the expired subjects. Should things carry on to be worse, I'll enter the field myself. Keep me updated on the things to come."
He said coolly as he took his leave from the three men, looking into the sky, he was locating the Hollows I his nearest area and most were airborne which was a good sign. For now. He also felt a considerable level of reiryoku flowing in various parts of the city and they belonged to singular entities....could they be the cause? He couldn't have been sure as they were all on the move and teeming with life. Taking a look down to his cellular device to see the time, he was about now where he should be on his way to see Stephania for their scheduled meeting. Without a further word or even so much as a notice, Han begins to fullbring the air around him, raising him from the earth he stood on with the grace of a falling leaf. Once at a high enough altitude, taking in the grand scenery of the city he was sworn to defend, and profit from, he soon raced against the current of winds and propelled his body towards the Altation building. Closing in at flight speeds almost touching Mach one, he sailed past the skyscrapers and other adjacent structures that made up the downtown core. In his flight, he came across various airborne Hollows whom he dispatched fairly quickly by slamming himself at these obscene speeds shield-first into the ugly white masks they all bore. Shrapnel of hardened ivory falls from their lifeless bodies as even those fade away into black nothingness. They were no match for the Black Meteor that just struck them.
With being just a few blocks nearby, Han finally arrived at the building and walked into the lobby, his clothing completely untouched from his prior scuffles with the rave pus hollow-kind. The lobby was decorated plainly, minimal furniture to fill the large ensconced floor. The walls were an off-white allowing for the Sun's rays to reflect and expand the vision of light as it gleamed through the pane glass windows revealing all that was inside from the street level. Greeted by a female concierge, she blinked meekly when her gaze finally made it to Han, and instantly knew why he had come. Relieving herself from her post, she would take him into one of the elevators that would be a straight shot up to the floor he needed to be on. While inside he placed his shield on a small metallic plate that connected the harness, which would latch itself onto the shield holding it in place on his back securely as if he were a turtle. When he reached the proper floor, he was then left outside of two large double doors as she made her descent back down to her post.
It had been some time since they had seen each other without email correspondence, ever since the merger both were on one track minds to support and assist the other in their endeavors without even so much as a streamlined plan. Arguably, it was the unspoken understanding that they had of one another which allowed for them to be extremely successful so far.
It seemed however that he wasn't the only one looking to see the mistress, as he felt the presence of another beyond the door.
He'd figured that announcing himself would be the best course to gain entry, as if she wasn't aware of his presence within this building in the first place as it was. He gave the door a soft couple taps with his hand and awaited the verbal confirmation of being allowed entry to see the infamous Seamstress. They had much to discuss.
